Have you ever participated in a 1-day hiking trip organized by a hiking club? I have participated in it and found it very interesting. In March, when the epidemic has eased, please listen quietly and listen to me introduce the pastoral scenery I saw during that hiking trip. It is very suitable for a family day.

The incident started in October. When I was single again, my parents went on a trip. When I was bored, I participated in a 12-kilometer hike in the Yingxi Peak Forest on a hiking public account. The reasons for choosing this place for hiking are: first, the activity is held on Saturdays and lasts only one day; second, this is a family hiking trip suitable for children, not too tiring, and suitable for a novice hiking like me; third, it is the golden autumn , the weather is cool and perfect for hiking.

Below I will introduce to you the places, routes and preparations I took for hiking. I hope it can arouse your interest!

Yingxi Peak Forest Scenic Area is located in the three towns of Jiulong, Huanghua and Yanbei, 60 kilometers southwest of Yingde City, Guangdong. It is a valley surrounded by mountains, with karst landforms and a natural landscape similar to Guilin, so it is known as "Yingxi Little Guilin". Thousands of limestone peaks, streams, caves, and ancient buildings are densely distributed here. It is the longest and densest peak forest scenic spot in Guangdong Province. It is a good place for outdoor hiking and one of the top ten outdoor hiking and adventure destinations in Guangdong.

Detailed itinerary

The starting point of the hike is Huanghua Park. You can determine the departure time based on your distance from the park. I set off from Foshan at 8 a.m. and the journey took more than 3 hours.

When we arrived at the park, we started to do warm-up exercises. Most of the people traveling with us were small families!

Along the way, I saw Zhaozhou Second Bridge, Yongfeng Ancestral Temple, Camel Peak, Heshunyan Cave, tea gardens and other scenic spots.

At 12 noon, we came to the farm to taste authentic farm food and pick grapes.

After picking grapes, we continue our journey, passing through villages and through caves.

Walking in the fields, you can see the endless rice fields and feel the open view. The rice in mid-October has not yet turned golden yellow. I heard that when it does, it will turn yellow. It is very beautiful, but the current scene is also very comfortable and charming.

The group of people walked and stopped, and at around five o'clock in the afternoon, the hike ended.

This is a short hiking trip, a bit niche. Go out for a walk, relax, and get in touch with nature with your children. It is a good weekend getaway!
