In the sunshine, The epidemic situation has stabilized Fixed control In April, a group of sports enthusiasts met in the ancient town for a "sports and pottery tour". Here we record this wonderful time.

Arrive at Luodai Ancient Town on Saturday afternoon. After checking into the hotel, the "host" Sister Tutu will take everyone to go shopping and eat.

Sister Tutu is even more beautiful when we see her in real life! She is so cute. She feels like a relative or sister she has not seen for many years, preparing to welcome her younger siblings. She is excitedly waiting for everyone's arrival, worrying about how to make everyone eat, drink and have fun better.

(She said in the WeChat group that she wanted to keep the pig head for worshiping the kiln god for us to eat, but she didn’t know how to leave it for everyone)
I also met other friends, the beautiful An An, candy, etc.

Sister Tu Tu took everyone to the street to eat Luodai’s famous snacks, sad jelly, cold noodles and sugar-oiled fruits. (She recommends Mao Po Po’s sad jelly and Fangsu Guokui )
I came here ten years ago, and this time I found that the ancient town is more beautiful, the streets are cleaner, there are many flowers planted, and there are ditches flowing with clear water. In addition, in the sunny spring in April, it looks fresh, beautiful, and beautiful. Comfortable!

There are also many newly developed attractions in the surrounding area, including ancient buildings developed based on Hakka culture, Fujian earth buildings, Blog Town, Wetland Park... Well, Luodai and Longquan are getting better and better!

Running & yoga practice

——Running is so light
After eating and shopping, we started the theme for sports lovers - Sports. Today's exercise mainly involves Coach Zhang leading everyone to practice correct running postures and Coach An An leading everyone to do yoga stretching .
I was lucky enough to attend Coach Zhang’s running camp not long after I started running. Very professional coach! He is a coach who develops coaches and has achieved the top three results in the National Coaching Competition! Moreover, he is very handsome and a nice person!
Travel Notes | A "Sports and Pottery Journey" in an ancient town
I have participated in three of his running training camps before, read a lot of running books and articles, and ran a full marathon. This time there is new harvest .
This time, the exercises we took to warm up were more yoga-oriented. He said that exercise requires not only strength but also flexibility .
Watch a group of two coaches demonstrating movements, so beautiful!
In terms of running posture, the idea he conveyed to us is that sports should be In the most economical and energy-saving way. He asked us to run in place first, to feel the folding process of the thighs and calves like springs, and to swing our arms naturally, like the feeling of two ropes pulling springs. Running forward is the result of the natural forward leaning of the center of gravity.
Huh! I ran so easily and lightly, and it felt like my lower body was not using any strength at all! He said running right is easy .
Everyone ran all the way from the Wetland Park to the Ancient Town Square. Next, Coach An An led everyone to do yoga stretching.

The referee of the Military Games took us to play darts
Sister Tutu made thoughtful arrangements and invited her darts-playing friends Brother Guang and Brother Bin to take us to play darts and have barbecue.
They also play darts professionally! In last year's Military Games, he also participated in refereeing the darts competition! Now the Longquan Darts Association has been established.
They first explained to us the history of darts, the scoring rules of darts competitions, the structure of darts, the posture of throwing darts, the position of force, and the etiquette of passing darts to others (the sharp end faces you, and the hand Give others the same scissors and knives) etc.
Well, it's quite professional. This is the same as doing anything else. To do something, you need to understand the rules and the correct method in advance.
According to the method taught by the teacher, I threw three rounds and hit three out of three! Later in the group competition, I threw six more rounds and all of them hit! And this is my first time playing darts! The right approach is important!
An interesting point about this dartboard is that it can automatically score points when plugged in, and it can also be connected to the Internet to compete with foreign players .
In the evening we were divided into three groups to compete, all scored automatically, and our group won the championship!
The losing group was punished by doing 20 push-ups. One thing worth recording here is that Mrs. Hua said that this was the first time she had completed 20 push-ups! Well, maybe that’s the effect of the group. It's not that you can't, it's that you don't know because you haven't had the chance to try.
While eating barbecue, Sister Tutu made a good suggestion that would help break the ice quickly and enhance understanding - Everyone should introduce the person to their left . Because in order to introduce the person next to you, you will take the initiative to chat with them and understand their stories, and everyone can hear others naturally praising themselves, and the introduction will be more distinctive than introducing yourself!
We didn’t use it this time, but we can try it on other occasions next time.
However, through chatting, I also learned some of my friends’ stories!
Our yoga instructor——Teacher An An, she was born 82 years ago, she is 38+ years old, and her son is 13 years old. sharp! If you told me she was only 26 years old, I would believe it! I think she can compete with the Korean mother who stands with her son like a brother and sister, and Alyssa Chia, who is surprised at the European girlishness but has three children who are over 40 years old.
Sister An An has been practicing yoga for nearly 10 years. She has a yoga studio near Meishan Wetland Park - Mirror Yoga. If you are interested, you can check it out.
Brother Hua and Sister-in-law Hua. During the chat, we learned that Sister-in-law Hua liked running first, which gradually influenced Brother Hua, who also became a serious running enthusiast. A couple who grew up together and shared the same hobbies! very nice!
I also learned why Sister Tutu went to the United States to learn ceramics (more on that later).
The restaurant has a stereo, and the friends even sang songs! (I met a karaoke app: Comprehensive karaoke) Well, in the future, with a microphone, speakers, and a projection, it will feel like a KTV!
Everyone sings beautifully!
Everyone AA had a barbecue. Thanks to Coach Zhang and Sister Tutu for bringing wine and champagne to everyone.

——Climb the Qinglong Great Wall
There is a Golden Dragon Great Wall near Luodai. For those who love sports, how can they miss it?
There is no admission fee before 9 o'clock in the morning. Although it is only 10 yuan, everyone thinks it is fun. You have to finish the climb before 9 o'clock to save on tickets. The Great Wall goes up the mountain for about 1.5 kilometers, so we plan to go back and forth for 1 and a half hours. From the hotel to the Great Wall, it is 8 kilometers, about 20 minutes, so we need to set off at 6:30. So we got up at 6 o'clock.
Arriving at the Great Wall early in the morning, there was no one around. The trees here are dense and the air is fresh, giving people a relaxing feeling full of negative oxygen ions! Only then did I discover why we should get closer to nature!
In the past, mountain climbing and stair climbing made me think of sore thighs. This time with the coaches, the coach said, "Let's do some butt training"! With your legs wider than your shoulders, your hands behind your back, your hips sit back and down a little like doing a squat, and your upper body leans forward. Huh! I really feel my butt! Our mountain climbing today turned into a "butt training trip", not bad!
During the climb, I asked Coach Zhang about the problem that the coach said about my poor coordination before: What did I do less than others when I was a child? She said that when I was young, my mother thought this was dirty and that was unsafe, so she wouldn't let me touch this or that, so I didn't have enough practice with my eyes, ears, hands, etc. I don’t know if I am like this, but I saw that my grandma was definitely like this when she was raising my uncle’s sister.
This reminds me of the core exercises my coach taught me before, one of which was crawling. He half-jokingly said that people who climbed more as children actually had better cores.
These two things remind me of the fact that many parents pursue "fastness" and hope that their children will be able to walk early, which is actually a bit of a "spurring". Because the time saved in the front may need to be made up in the future. It also made me realize once again the importance of laying the foundation. If the foundation is laid well, the rest will be faster.
Recalling that I heard someone say that taking a child who is too young to travel is a bit "wasteful" because the child doesn't understand anything... I vaguely feel that there should still be benefits, but for the child The impact is directly invisible to us for the time being. Just like my coordination. “No road in the world is in vain, every step counts.”
We were faster than planned, we finished climbing the mountain at 8:30 .
(What Brother Ding threw up turned out to be a mobile phone! Maybe he wanted to change his mobile phone, haha)
Return to the ancient town for breakfast. Sister Tutu took us to eat roujiamo and firewood mutton! Ah, delicious! (Recommendation: Chaihuo Huangshi Mutton Soup) It is not on the main street of the ancient town, but in a small alley, and it tastes pretty good !

The professor took us to do pottery

One of the important reasons why we came to Luodai for this date between sports and pottery is that Sister Tutu is a potter.
Sister Tu Tu graduated from Ceramic Art Department of De Anza University in California in 2007 and studied Yixing purple sand pottery. She returned to Sichuan in 2010 and founded Ying Kiln Sand Ware in 2013 and "Ran- Cool" fired.
In my impression, pottery, porcelain and other arts are Chinese. Why did Sister Tu Tu go to the United States to study? She said that because she was accompanying her children to school in the United States, she came into contact with pottery in her spare time, and found that she fell in love with "playing with mud". She said that "playing with mud" was the only thing that allowed her to forget time and forget about her surroundings. all things...
Think about something wonderful and find your true interest!
She said that the techniques of pottery are actually the same all over the world, and it lies more in creativity and ideas. Some will imitate her works and copy them, but she said she is not afraid because she has a steady stream of ideas. I think this is also the difference between some of our industries and some developed countries.
Today we are being lectured by another teacher who is equally or even more powerful - Associate Professor Li Dong . He is an associate professor at the Institute of Ceramic Art Education of Chengdu Normal University and the vice president of the National Ceramic Art Education and Research Society. He has won gold and silver awards in many national ceramic art exhibitions. Many of his works are collected in Sichuan, Yunzhi, Hong Kong, and Kaohsiung Museum of Art in Taiwan.
According to Sister Tu Tu, he was able to teach us because he has a sports complex and saw that we are a group of sports enthusiasts. He was a bodybuilder before and won third place in the Sichuan Bodybuilding Competition.
At present, he also joked that there is no shadow of sports anymore. Well, nothing is fixed once and for all , and the beautiful muscles of a fitness coach also need constant training to maintain!
However, although we have lost a bodybuilding expert, we have an additional potter to promote pottery culture and pass on pottery techniques!
Back to pottery, what we are making today is a teapot that is more advanced than ordinary bowls and flower pots! The teacher said that the same purple clay teapot, from apprentice to master, At least 8 years of study are required ! (It’s really not easy)
Today, because we are experiencing it, it was condensed into 2 hours to take us through, so the staff helped us with the preliminary preparations, and we mainly completed the final assembly.
When making the tea lid, the teacher said: For a good teapot or tea cup, the lid can be rotated and filled with water so that it can be poured upside down without the water flowing out! The key to this is the production of the lid.
Ceramics is a creative process, and it is also a process that requires patience and care! I thought the splicing should be simple and could be done in half an hour, but by the time we finished, two hours had passed before we knew it.
This is indeed something suitable for bringing children to experience. Focus on doing one thing!
It is also something suitable for couples to experience. Two people can create a work together or create a work separately!

Summary meeting

At the end, our coach Zhang led everyone to a summary meeting. The central idea was to gather a group of people with the same interests and hobbies and have fun. Such activities will continue in the future! (applaud!)
This event was awesome for everyone. After two days, not counting accommodation (40 yuan) and pottery, the per capita cost was just over 100.
At the meeting, Chongzhou runners suggested going to Chongzhou next month and sent pictures. It looked so comfortable! expect!
