After lunch, it was still a while before the visit to Rurikoin Temple, so I walked over to Enkoji Temple to have a look.
There are actually many maple viewing spots in this area. The road signs in the picture are Manshu Monastery and Shixian Hall. I originally wanted to visit them, but unfortunately today’s trip was postponed for too long and I had to give up.
When we arrived at Yuanguang Temple, there was a bright red maple tree at the door.
The tickets are very nice.
Entering the first room, sitting inside and looking out, it was all golden.
Walking into the courtyard, your eyes are filled with gold.
Behind is a bamboo forest, maple leaves and bamboo forest.
It looks great even if it falls into the water!
Walk to the bamboo forest.
Looking out from here, you can just see the maple trees in the yard reflected in the water! Super beautiful!
The ground is covered with red leaves, a beautiful maple leaf carpet!
This small stone statue is surrounded by maple leaves of various colors. It’s so beautiful!
After passing through the courtyard, this is the most crowded room. When you enter, you can see the most famous scene of Enkoji Temple!
As soon as I walked in, I couldn't help but scream out...I don't know how to describe it in words...the beauty cannot be captured by a camera.
It was packed with people, and it was hard to get to sit in the first row, but unfortunately it wasn’t in the middle QAQ
Go to the edge and take pictures of the crowd to get a feel for it... Everyone consciously won't go to the front. People in the first row sit down to take pictures, and people who want to pass by the courtyard in front will squat down and rush over quickly to avoid blocking. Come take photos with everyone.
I walked back to the middle again, trying to take a photo of the center.
Japanese garden design is really amazing. When you look inside, it looks like a huge painting, too beautiful to be true.
Try to be as front-facing as possible...The roof above is still a bit crooked. In fact, the best way to shoot is to make everything parallel. T T
It's almost time, come out and go back to the courtyard.
There is a road up the mountain at the back that overlooks the entire Yuanguang Temple. Although I am running out of time, I can't help but go up the mountain to have a look.
The integration of ancient buildings and maple leaves is super beautiful! You can also directly overlook Kyoto from a distance. There are no high-rise buildings and it is very well protected, so I really like Kyoto very much.
Then it was really too late, so I rushed back to the station and rushed back to Liuliguangyuan.
