I have gradually become accustomed to arranging my travel itinerary like this: for the first seven or eight days, I will travel with an outdoor group without worrying about anything, but travel to many places at a relatively tight and fast pace. After returning to the place where I left, I will recuperate for a day or two before choosing the surrounding areas. Free and in-depth slow travel in one place. This is the case for this spring outing in Yunnan. I stayed in Kunming for two days. On the morning of the third day, I took the high-speed rail to Lijiang. After getting off the high-speed rail, I took a taxi directly to the long-distance bus station and took a special bus to Lugu Lake. It took about 5 hours. There were many places along the way. We got off the car at several free viewing spots to enjoy the scenery and rest without feeling tired. We arrived at Lugu Lake just in time for dinner. On the return trip, we took a direct flight to Chongqing. The air ticket cost more than 400 yuan. Lugu Lake Ninglang Airport is only an hour's drive from Lugu Lake. It is reasonable and cost-effective to avoid turning back.

First stop: Zhuqi Lodge
Zhuqi Cottage
Located next to the lake-circuit road at Lujiawan Pier in Langfang Village
Close to the lakeside, facing Lugu Lake
As elegant and warm as its name
I especially like his large living room by the lake.
There are study rooms, firepits, projections, restaurants, and couches inside.
Poetry, floral tea and coffee...
Lugu Lake is still a bit cold in early spring
sit around the fire
Drink tea, read books, watch projections, and be in a daze
Either do something or do nothing
We can all have the same quiet and peaceful years
Master Guofan, a handsome Mosuo man, took us on a tour around the lake
The first priority when we came to Lugu Lake was to charter a car to travel around the lake. Fortunately, our driver happened to be a handsome local Mosuo guy. Although he was born and raised in Lugu Lake, he has been working and doing business in Kunming and other places for many years. He has seen the outside world and has rich life experience. He still does not forget his original intention and returns to his hometown to start his own business. Master Fan is enthusiastic, easy-going and simple. Along the way, he told us many customs and ancient stories of the Mosuo people, took us to eat authentic and delicious steamed stone pot fish, and invited us to sit in his home and served us a large plate of popcorn balls. It was the long-lost taste of childhood, and bursts of sweetness filled my heart.
Master Fan’s mother, a strong and optimistic Mosuo beauty,
I suffered a stroke a few years ago and had difficulty moving my legs and feet. Now I am recovering and able to work.
There are many flowers planted in Master Fan’s small courtyard
As soon as you enter Master Fan's house, you will be greeted by chickens and ducks at the door.
The steamed stone pot fish, the table, the stone pot, and the straw hat-like pot lid, everything made us curious.

The neighboring houses of Zhuqi House each have their own advantages and disadvantages, and all of them can be used as bases for beautiful photos.
