majestic and quiet
Thousands of miles of beauty across the desert
This is my impression of Northwestern Grand Ring Line
From Heima River to Chaka
From Ulan to Delingha
From Dachaidan to Dunhuang
Return to Xining from Zhangye
On the 10th, it was sunny all the way to the northwest
📍Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture-Heima River/Qinghai Lake
In the early morning we left Xiahe and rushed to Xining
Prepare everything you need in Xining
Departing from Heima River
The weather was gloomy along the way
Until Qinghai Lake appears in sight🔆
Before the sun went down, we walked to Qinghai Lake
The camera cannot capture the beauty in front of you
Feel her with your heart and remember her with your heart🌊
We got up early to wait for the sunrise🤪
Shivering by the Qinghai Lake, but the view in front of me is worth it
📍Hai Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture-Chaka Salt Lake
After leaving Qinghai Lake, go to Chaka Salt Lake
Chaka is almost the same as imagined
But mature supporting facilities such as sightseeing cars and small trains
There are also brightly colored long dresses and silk scarves that look elegant and flowing as far as the eye can see
Commercial tea cards have made me lose interest🙃
But commercialization is commercialization. The scenery of Chaka Salt Lake is not bad.
📍Hainian Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture-Ulan
After leaving Chaka Salt Lake, we looked for a car all the way
Take a ride from Chaka Salt Lake to Chaka Town
Then we took a bus from Chaka Town to Ulan.
After arriving in Ulan, I thought I could go directly to Delingha
Just in time to catch up with the local government requisitioning the bus
We have to wait four or five hours before we can leave
So I couldn't sit still and wandered around the town all afternoon.
See the endless green mountains and bright yellow fields
🌼🌸"So beautiful!"🌸🌼
📍Hainian Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture-Delingha
At six o'clock in the afternoon, we got on the bus bound for Delingha on time.
There are many people traveling alone in the youth hostel in Delingha
There are also self-driving motorcycle travelers who have just returned from Nepal/Tibet
I woke up early in the morning and went out for a walk with Brother Lin.
I walked for a long time along the lakeside there.
An injured puppy I met while wandering
I called the youth hostel owner and asked the animal rescue center, but there was no result.
We stayed there for more than half an hour because we were inexperienced and didn't dare to touch it.
I wonder how this little guy is doing now
📍Hai Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture-Dachaidan
I want to ask the youth hostel owner about the bus to Emerald Lake.
As a result, the boss happily took us there
As the car gradually drives in, the scenery in front of us gradually opens up.
With the azure salt lake as the main body and the magnificent snow-capped mountains as the background
I was shocked by the scenery in front of me 😍
Compared with the increasingly famous Emerald Lake
The several small wild lakes beside the Emerald Lake attract me even more
📍Dachaidan-Devil City&Shui Yadan
Drive all the way from Dachaidan to Nanbaxian
On the way, we passed a section of the old 315 National Highway.
Magical, magnificent, wild and unrestrained
🥰“I love it here so much!”🥰
After lunch, we went to Shuangyadan
After seeing the Yadan landform
There is nothing particularly amazing about Yadan on the water.
Let's walk away from the crowd and go deep into the hinterland
I just started to marvel at the magic of Yadan on the water
Brother La, who is passionate about cold-blooded animals, thinks the 120 ticket price is worth it!
On the road, I ran into a Chongqing Harley-Davidson fleet coming from Xinjiang! Super cool!
📍Gansu-Dunhuang
I just arrived in Dunhuang and walked around the city without going anywhere.
Dunhuang, which is just over a thousand meters above sea level, is so comfortable!
📍Mogao Grottoes
The northwest desert where it doesn’t often rain suddenly started raining that day.
Didn’t book tickets to Mogao Grottoes online?
But I was lucky enough to buy a Class A ticket on the spot
Mogao Grottoes was not originally included in the itinerary.
I just happened to have a little more time, so I came.
I am not very interested in national cultural relics
I think Mogao Grottoes is still worth visiting👍🏿
Encountered firefighters filming a promotional video at Mogao Grottoes
📍Mingsha Mountain-Crescent Moon Spring
Mingsha Mountain is also a relatively commercial attraction.
But you won’t see too many people posing for photos, and the place is relatively open.
As for Crescent Moon Spring, the spring water has dried up and is almost all artificial water.
But that doesn’t stop me from liking it. After all, this is the first time I’ve seen a desert.
Climb up the sand dunes and prepare for sunset
But soon a thick layer of dark clouds blocked the sun
Everyone thinks we won’t be able to see the sunset today
Many people walked down one after another
"Hmph! I don't believe it! I can definitely wait!"
Fortunately, the sun broke through the clouds and appeared in front of us again
The sunset here is so beautiful that I really want to share it
Mom, Dad, Egg Roll Lulu live video broadcast the sunset process one by one
Because Xinxin, Brother Lin, and Brother La couldn’t be with me on my 20th birthday
So I celebrated my 20th birthday early in Dunhuang.
Nineteen years old is the second year of asserting oneself
I hope that when I am twenty years old, I will still be free and uninhibited
🚶🏿♂️Dunhuang City went on a rampage with a heavy load! 🚶🏿♀️
After walking 15 kilometers with a load of 20 kilograms in Lijiang in winter
Brother Lin and I chose to walk on the road from Dunhuang City to Mingsha Mountain
In the evening, I went to Dunhuang City to have a meal and then walked back to the city.
📍Zhangye – Danxia Landform
I caught a cold and decided to go to Danxia Landform after resting for a while.
It was really worth it to come here despite being sick.
It’s sunny after the rain. The landscape looks like it’s just been painted. It’s particularly beautiful.
The different color levels are so beautiful
The loving couple in the geopark
Ten Days in the Northwest
The biggest feeling I have is that of shock and magnificence.
But you can also feel a lot of delicate beauty in it
It lies in the small things and the beauty emanating from the magnificence.
I think this must not be the last trip to the Northwest
