Mogan Mountain is a summer resort with a long history and great reputation. When I was very young, I knew there was such a summer resort. At that time, when state-owned enterprises were still in power, many units would go to Moganshan for meetings during the summer vacation. The so-called meeting is actually to find a place with beautiful scenery to escape the summer heat.
Generally speaking, for places with a particularly good reputation, the scenic spots have particularly developed commerce and a large number of people. Where there are many people, there will be disputes and all kinds of reversals. However, I thought that since it was so famous, there must be something special about it. For example, West Lake, Huangshan Mountain, and the Forbidden City are definitely the most crowded places, but they do have their own unique characteristics. With this idea in mind, we booked a two-day and one-night short trip to Moganshan during the summer vacation.
Making an itinerary is actually very simple. The most important thing is to decide where to stay. If you live in the main scenic area of Mogan Mountain, you can enjoy the content there slowly. If you live outside the scenic area, the main scenic area of Mogan Mountain is a one-day trip.
In the main scenic area, I would not consider the naked castle and other sky-high-priced B&Bs.
The entire Mogan Mountain System is actually very large, so I think it is a good choice to find a suitable place to live in the Mogan Mountain System.
First day, hotel.
As I said just now, Moganshan is very big. From Hangzhou to a hotel near Mogan Mountain, it may take 1 hour and 40 minutes to drive to the nearest one, and 2 hours to the farther one. We just decided on a far away one. Check into the hotel at noon, just in time to have lunch.
What to do in the afternoon when the sun is shining? Many friends asked me if it was hot or not. I am very responsible to tell you that on a day like this in Hangzhou with 38 degrees Celsius, Moganshan is not cool either. Although that summer resort is actually one or two degrees cooler than the city, it is of little use. 35 or 36 degrees Celsius is still a high temperature, right?
So the afternoon is still a hot afternoon, but with rich activities, it is not boring at all.
1. Make a map
The children shouted to play the treasure hiding game. OK, I support it. To hide a treasure, you must first have a treasure map. You two, who are about to be in fourth grade, walk around the resort before and after, and draw a map of the resort. I will make a treasure map for you based on the map!
As soon as I finished speaking, the two children rushed into the scorching sun. Kids, you really are not afraid of the heat!
The treasure map the two of them drew together is really good. The 8 buildings we live in, playgrounds, lawns, trampolines, swimming pools...the main landmark buildings are all there.
2. Treasure hunting with a treasure map
A white crane mother gave birth to eight white crane babies. When they grew up, they began to practice flying on their own. However, 8 white cranes flew out, and none of them flew back. Can you help the baby crane go home?
There were 3 adults and 5 children in total (what a luxurious group of children). Of course, the three adults were waiting in the air-conditioning. As for the children, they were divided into two teams and went out to look for Baihe.
3. Plant cyanotype
Cyanotype is an ancient method of printing photographs. The world's first plant photo album was printed using the cyanotype method. Cyanotype requires strong sunlight. On a hot afternoon like ours, cyanotype is most suitable.
At first, the plants collected by the children had a single shape, almost all of which were willow leaf-shaped. After thinking about it, I realized that this was caused by the single species of artificial plants in the resort, so I encouraged everyone to collect wild flowers and weeds, and the picture suddenly became richer.
4. Swimming
When it finally cooled down at five o'clock in the afternoon, we went to the swimming pool.
Little Huihui has also grown taller and can step into the shallow water with her feet. So now she can be very comfortable and bold in the swimming pool, and even learned to hold her breath.
When night fell and we were about to go back to the room, the swimming pool suddenly changed. Colorful fluorescent lights lit up in the swimming pool, making the swimming pool colorful. The children suddenly became excited and clamored to play more. Well, have fun with it then.
After swimming, taking a shower, and having fun, I had to go play in the bathtub and have a lot of fun.
After swimming and bathing, it was already 8pm. We also have the highlight of the evening, which is to celebrate my bestie’s birthday. When I booked the room, I just randomly decided on a date, but I didn't expect that it happened to be my best friend's birthday. She brought a big cake from Hangzhou, and we ate the cake together in the lobby of the guest room.
Cake and instant noodles, both sweet and salty, taste best together, and a romantic dinner is created.
After eating the cake, the children also played with the flower rope. A rope, infinite changes, it is definitely a good toy to use your hands anytime and anywhere to pass the time.
After eating and drinking, are you ready to sleep?
not at all! Because we’re going to go stargazing! The air in the city is poor and there is a lot of light interference. After finally arriving in the mountains, we must look at the starry sky!
However, at night in the resort, the lights are even brighter, and there seem to be fewer stars than at home. what to do? go out.
Walking out of the resort, wow, there are many, many more stars in the sky. Great, but the fluorescent signboard of the resort is still so dazzling. We continued walking to the edge, only walking 20 meters, and finally came into darkness.
When we look up, the sky is filled with stars! We saw Saturn and Jupiter, we saw the Summer Triangle, we saw Polaris... we even saw shooting stars! The meteor that Miss Meow misses so much was not seen the day before on August 12, the legendary day of the greatest meteor shower, but she saw it today!
It was finally perfect, we had a lot of fun, and the children fell asleep as soon as they returned to the room.
Tomorrow, we will spend a whole day on Mogan Mountain.
