There is rarely a place like Seda. When you first see it, your body and mind will experience a strong impact at the same time.
In fact, for many travelers, Seda has long become a holy place. Because there is a legend that going to Seda can cleanse the soul.
But I am a tourist who pursues materialistic desires, and I often only focus on the pleasure of my ears, eyes, and food.
Every time I travel to Sichuan, I still enjoy exploring the snow-capped mountains and canyons, and I am keen on pursuing the natural scenery.
But Seda really gave me an unexpected surprise.
That night I was tossing and turning in the small hotel. The scenery was always filled with mountains and rivers. It was time for a change.
As I thought in my mind, I suddenly had an idea: Let’s meet again next time at Mount Siguniang. Hello from Seda Buddhist Academy.
Then, I hurriedly changed my ticket.
Sedar Larung Gar, a place that has been hidden deep in the western Sichuan plateau for a long time, suddenly became popular in the travel circle and attracted many interesting people.
Along the way, I met many young, sunny, and artistic friends.
Some of them have traveled all over the world, including mountains and lakes.
Some people can recite poems and paint, and even sell paintings to earn travel expenses during the trip.
A Tibetan friend said he would take me to his house to graze yaks.
There is also a Tibetan girl who said that she sometimes gets high,
Outside the car window,
Suddenly passing through the continuous snow-capped mountains,
Suddenly a vast grassland appeared,
Suddenly entering a deep river valley,
At this moment, I already feel the legendary poetry and distance.
Because we met a lot of interesting people, we decided to make an appointment when passing through Malcon.
In Malkang, I had a very good Tibetan meal. Roasted potatoes, finger meat, yogurt, and pulled Tibetan pork are all memorable.
When I first saw the densely packed red houses, I felt extremely shocked.
Seda is simply a miracle.
Faith can really create miracles, this time I believe it!
It takes such a strong idea and consistent pursuit to create this picture.
Different from the meticulously crafted atmosphere of imperial buildings,
Seda Buddhist Academy is simple yet grand.
The simplest building, because of the large number of people gathered together, has formed the most magnificent momentum.
When going around the mandala, probably everyone who comes to Seda will come here to go around a few times.
Turning around the mandala, I would like to thank the gods for giving me a blue sky from Seda.
Going around the mandala, I wonder if I can meet a fate.
Turning around the mandala, everything going well is a blessing.
The most unstoppable thing in Seda is admiring the dense beauty of the little red houses.
The top of Xishan Mountain of the Buddhist College is the best place to overlook the panoramic view.
I don’t have much cultural background, and I rarely encounter such humanistic wonders as Seda, which makes people fall in love with them without reason. Even if you can't read it, you can feel its shock.
Basking in the sun on the top of the mountain, you can have a panoramic view of the magnificence of Seda.
This is the best time to think about life,
Think about what is ideal, what is love, what is destination,
Think about it until the sun goes down.
At night, the Buddhist college is brightly lit, looking a bit prosperous and full of modern atmosphere.
But the Milky Way on the other side of the mountain still rises on time.
It's very cold at night, so if you want to watch the stars, wear more clothes.
In Seda, nothing is more memorable than the morning mist at sunrise.
When the sun shines into the valley, the mist rises instantly.
Like a veil, the Buddhist Academy is shrouded in it.
Unprepared, I encountered morning fog.
On the contrary, when I deliberately looked at the morning fog in the past, I could never see it.
It seems that this must be an opportunity.
Because of sky burials, birds and humans have a special relationship here.
Every day there are hundreds of vultures hovering over Seda.
I don’t know where these vultures usually live.
There are not many animals that can live on the plateau.
It's rare to see such a gathering of wild animals.
A mural in Seda engraved with the Six Paths of Reincarnation taught me another lesson.
It turns out that the six paths are: the path of heaven, the path of humanity, the path of hungry ghosts, the path of animals, the path of hell, and the path of asuras.
Some stone sculptures related to the theme of sky burial.
Due to my lack of understanding of Tibetan Buddhism, I did not go to the academy to listen to lectures by Buddhist masters.
Taking advantage of the afternoon sunshine, I went for a walk in the alley between the little red houses.
The little red house is the residence of those who practice Buddhism in Seda.
This place is extremely simple and shabby. When you look closer, you feel that the environment is a bit messy.
Go to the top of the east mountain and look down at the Buddhist Academy, which is equally spectacular.
The paths between the red houses are clearly visible.
It's easy to get out of breath when climbing uphill here.
Finally, under the night, the same practitioner in Seda discussed life insights and sublimated the trip.
After some in-depth discussions, we came to a common conclusion: Seda is a place worth visiting.
