9.21 Glorious Years
Stay in Wuwei in the morning and leave for Zhangye in the afternoon.
Today's group name, glory days. Because I feel that travel days are sparkling days. The time the three of us spend together is also a wonderful time.
Don't waste yourself in confusion, dance in joy. This is not to say that travel is a panacea that can cure all diseases, but I want to say that whenever you are at work or in life, when there is no passion or creativity, you can leave work and life, change places to have breakfast, and watch See strangers and walk on unfamiliar streets. If you can have the opportunity to see mountains, water, and flowers, that would be even better.
Like many women, shopping can relieve stress and buy bags to cure all ailments. Or eat delicious food to relieve your mood. It’s all a way of life, and it’s also the help you can seek at this stage. Taking care of yourself and your emotions is the most important thing at all times.
It was relatively easy for the three of us to come out because we didn’t come out with any work. We don’t have to deal with work, worry, and be on the road at the same time. I love how we live in the moment this time. It is purely about enjoying the time together and the air and weather we feel together.
In the morning, I went to eat ramen, which is popular among locals. Northwest specialty—large portions and delicious taste. When you don’t know what to eat in the northwest, you can eat noodles. That’s right.
We saw on the map that it was very close to the Kumarajiva Temple we wanted to visit, so we walked to Kumarajiva Temple. I didn’t see the morning rush hour in Wuwei. There were only some aunties and uncles wearing thin down jackets and thick vests who came out to buy groceries on the streets.
First of all, I would like to thank them both for being willing to accompany me to visit the temple. There are many large and small temples along the Hexi Corridor. We picked a few to see.
There were very few people at Kumarajiva Temple in the morning. We walked around the pagoda and read the scriptures on the temple stone tablets. The temple is being demolished and built next to it, and the temple is peaceful and quiet.
Walked back to the hotel and took a nap. In the afternoon, I found a great coffee shop in Wuwei. We searched around yesterday afternoon but couldn't find it, which aroused Boss Bu's fighting spirit. Today, with the momentum of not finding it, we successfully found Su Ke Coffee Shop. This coffee shop lived up to our promise of never giving up.
Sucre is a coffee shop converted from a boiler room. The coffee and the details inside are great. The three of us have an American, a Caramel Macchiato, and a DIRTY. The store manager gave us three glasses of ice drops, which is a sign of friendship. The food is also delicious, and the cups, plates and forks are very elegant. According to the store manager, the boss insists on being a pure cafe.
There is also a late night bar hidden inside the coffee shop. The coffee shop can survive basically by selling alcohol. The curve on the road to dreams is to save the country.
Come out of the coffee shop and head to Zhangye. It rained heavily after dark. We arrived in Zhangye on a rainy night and stayed at a comfortable hotel. The three of us are staying in a double room tonight. In the evening I drank tea in the room, watched a movie and ate snail noodles.
