DAY 1 Guangzhou-Ganzhou

Very suddenly, on a midsummer day, the four girls in the dormitory suddenly decided to travel together. The destination was from the hometown of a roommate, so we booked the train tickets and started the trip.

DAY 2 Ganzhou-Nanchang

DAY 3 Nanchang-Wuhan

DAY 5 Wuhan-Guangzhou

Five days and five nights丨Travel for four丨2,000 per person

Ganzhou

The red old capital, the cradle of Hakkas

/On the first day/, we came from Guangzhou to Xingguo, Ganzhou, which is also Xiaochen’s hometown. Today we ate and drank at their house. I have to say that the feeling of meeting the parents was still a bit strange. Xiao Chen has a very young brother who was about one year old when we met. He kept calling Xiao Zhang Sister Xigua and he was so cute.

/The next day/ we drove to Ganzhou and climbed a mountain called Cuiweifeng. It was summer when we were traveling, and it was extremely hot. I silently put on long sleeves in this Cuiwei Peak. Before coming here, I always thought that mountain climbing was just like climbing Baiyun Mountain, just go up the stairs. It wasn’t until I came here that I realized how naive I was. How is this mountain climbing? This is fucking rock climbing, a full ninety degrees vertical. It was difficult for us, who were wearing skirts and wide-leg pants, to climb on both hands and feet, which was really embarrassing. Fortunately, the scenery at the top of the mountain was so good that it was well worth the effort.

/Eat/, these two days have been followed by Chen's father and Chen's mother's arrangements, which are all authentic Xingguo characteristics. Xiao Zhang's appetite is quite good here. Let her stay here for a few more weeks, so she can gain weight, right?

*Powder Dragon Bed* Mao Zedong called it "Four Stars Watching the Moon", commonly known as pink cabbage. It is the most famous specialty dish in Xingguo, with both color and taste.

*Shredded Fish* Made from live fish and sweet potato flour, steamed and dried in the sun, it has a delicious taste.

*Miguo* The rice country on the back of the river is the most famous. The main categories include roasted fish roe, potato buns, peanut cakes, seasonal dishes, etc.

Nanchang

/Third Day/ Nanchang is very close to Nanchang from Ganzhou. We took the green train and it was quite comfortable to chat and play games along the way. It happened to be evening when we arrived in Nanchang, so we booked a B&B. Check into the B&B directly. The tourist attractions in Nanchang are relatively concentrated, and they are basically on the subway lines.

Unfortunately, it happened to be a rainy day when we came, so we didn't take good photos of many scenic spots, but Nanchang in the rain was quite interesting.

Recommended attractions: Bayi Square & Qiushui Square

If you have the chance, you must go and see the fountain shows in Bayi Square and Qiushui Square. Unfortunately, it rained too much when we went there, so the fountain shows in Qiushui Square and Bayi Square were stopped that night.

Bayi Square: The heart of Nanchang, a check-in landmark

Qiushui Square: It faces Tengwang Pavilion across the river, so it is named Qiushui.

Recommended attractions: Tengwang Pavilion, one of the three most famous buildings in China. At night, Tengwang Pavilion looks even more dazzling under the lights.

If you can memorize the full text of Tengwang Pavilion, you can get it for free. Our tickets used to be 30, but now they seem to be 50.

Recommended attractions: Geometry Bookstore

The bookstore is large and interesting. If you have more time and budget, I recommend you to go shopping. There is a large collection of books, so you can sit down and read.

You can also do oil paintings. If you have less time, you can come and take photos. The store design is very interesting.

Recommended attractions: Nanchang Eye Ferris Wheel

You can have a bird's eye view of the entire Nanchang night view, which is very beautiful.

Nanchang Snacks: The most famous one is Lao San Bian. Incredibly cheap

The noodles and crock pot soup on the street only cost a few yuan, which is very cost-effective and tastes good.

Weifuji is also quite nice. It is recommended. There are lucky bags at each table. When you open them, you will find small snacks for children. It feels quite sentimental.

Wuhan

In fact, our original plan was to go to Jingdezhen and Wuyuan in Jiangxi Province, but after checking the transportation, it was indeed inconvenient, so we changed our destination to Wuhan.

The high-speed train we took from Nanchang to Wuhan arrived that afternoon, which was quite close.

For accommodation, I stayed at a B&B in Huquan on the recommendation of friends in Wuhan.

I have to say that this trip to Wuhan really made me feel that it was a worthwhile trip. I really like this city very much.

Optics Valley

Recommended attractions: Optics Valley. Exotic pedestrian street

The construction of Optics Valley is very beautiful and modern. When you come to Wuhan, you must go to Optics Valley, otherwise you will regret it~

Duomo Cathedral: It’s like a castle, as if you’re in Disneyland. During the day, it is a beige, blue and pink candy-colored castle, and when it is lit up at night, it is just breathtakingly beautiful.

There are escalators on the left and right sides of the Duomo Cathedral, with the Wizard of Oz on the right and the Dreaming Space on the left, both of which are very suitable for taking pictures.

Pedestrian Street: The pedestrian street is divided into many areas, Spanish Street, Italian Street, German Street, French Street and modern style streets. Many sculptures and small scenes. Very suitable for taking pictures

In the shopping mall of Optics Valley, you can see the musical fountain by chance~ It was just starting when we went there, which made up for my obsession of not seeing the musical fountain in Nanchang~

Recommended attractions: Yellow Crane Tower.

The Yellow Crane Tower is the landmark of Wuhan, and many people come here. It is an attraction not recommended by locals. But as a tourist, it is still okay to check in. Yellow Crane Tower is charged from the outside, unlike Tengwang Pavilion, which only charges when you go upstairs. Therefore, since you have paid the entrance fee, it is still worth going up to find out.

The Yellow Crane Tower is not a stand-alone building, but is located on the top of the Snake Mountain like a park. You need to hike to the top of the mountain to see its true appearance. There are also many interesting things on the way up the mountain, such as pavilions, shops, etc.

The Yellow Crane Tower has a total of five floors. There are many murals inside. One wall is engraved with poems by literati and poets describing the Yellow Crane Tower. There are also miniature models of the Yellow Crane Tower over the years. People can intuitively feel the changes of Yellow Crane Tower over the years.

About taking pictures: Since it is a landmark, there must be a lot of people coming to the Yellow Crane Tower. The better places for taking pictures in front of the Yellow Crane Tower are occupied by some people taking pictures (the team that charges for taking pictures). But the price is not expensive, five yuan a piece. You can still take a photo, which is quite conscientious compared to the 20 or 31 photos taken at some attractions. The photography was okay. Snapshots can be retrieved within 5 minutes of taking them.

Here are some tips for taking photos on your own

There must be a certain distance from the building

The camera can shoot from bottom to top

You can choose a wide-angle lens to make the picture look taller.

Chuhehan Street

Chuhe Han Street: Wuchang’s huge food and drink one-stop shop. With a total length of 2.2km, you can eat and drink to satisfy all your cravings.

Everything to eat and drink is available~

Picture: Luo Bin

In addition to being delicious and fun, it is also great for taking photos. The building is built in the style of the Republic of China, and the lights are super beautiful at night. Running Man has also been photographed here~

Catering recommendation: Sanzhen Braised Food Company No. 2

The decoration is quite stylish in a psoriasis-style red and white style. The store mainly sells braised vegetables. The consumption is not expensive and the taste is okay. It is considered an Internet celebrity store. You have to queue up for a long time. Post to Moments and get ice powder~

In addition, there are many shops to check in, including Lego, Wanda, Yaya Restaurant, Aka Korean Restaurant, and Madame Tussauds. "Han Show", Han Street Grand Stage, etc.

Wuhan University

Wuhan National University

Although it was not the cherry blossom season when we went there, we definitely had to visit Wuhan University for sightseeing. As one of the most beautiful campuses in China, Wuhan University is well-deserved, and its buildings combine Chinese and Western styles, which are very simple and elegant. The campus is full of red bricks and green tiles, but it is different from the traditional colors and is very personalized.

There is a sightseeing bus on campus for sightseeing. Check-in attractions:

/Library/The old and new libraries are juxtaposed, which is very spectacular.

/Wanlin Art Museum/ often holds various art exhibitions. When we came, it happened to be a piano exhibition. It was very interesting and there were people playing piano inside.

/Laozhaishe/The dormitory for doctoral students is very spectacular, quiet and unique.

/Wuda Archway/School Gate, a must for checking in. scenery in textbooks

/Lingbo Gate-East Lake/It’s super cool to take pictures, there is a bridge on the lake, it’s really amazing

/Luojia Mountain/There are many former residences of celebrities, so you can go shopping if you have time.

Wuhan University souvenirs: There are many vendors at the school gate selling hand-drawn maps of Wuhan University for five yuan each. You can buy one when you enter. Attractions are marked. Quite interesting. There are also some pendants, brooches, cherry blossom specimens and the like. It depends on personal needs~

Tanhualin & Hubu Lane

Tan Hualin: There are many unique shops, especially suitable for young artists to check in and take photos, or send postcards. Every restaurant here has a story, waiting for you to explore.

Jieyou Coffee House: This is a shop we passed by by chance, and we were completely attracted by the music when we entered. After entering, I ordered several drinks, and one of the special drinks with cherry blossoms was particularly delicious. The decoration inside the store is also very interesting. I heard that the owner is an independent photographer.

Hubu Lane

Hubu Lane: This is very close to Tanhualin and can be reached on foot. Wuhan is a famous eating and drinking street. Consumption is very low, various snacks. Authentic Wuhan hot dry noodles, spicy crayfish, champion pig's trotters, and bullfrog.

Yangtze River Bridge

Yangtze River Bridge: It is right on the Yangtze River. In the evening, when the sun sets, you can walk along the Yangtze River to enjoy the wind and enjoy the beautiful view of the river. You can see the Yellow Crane Tower across the river.

If you are interested, you can take a ferry. The cost is very cheap, the night view seems to be 10 yuan, it is well worth a visit.

There is also a TV tower and a park where Dayu controlled floods on this side of the Yangtze River Bridge.

When the TV tower lights up, you can see the words Wuhan welcomes you.

Dayu Water Control Park is a mythological theme park with many sculptures and reliefs. What impressed me most was that there was a wall full of carvings, telling the story of Dayu's flood control.

Chuhehan Street

Baotong Zen Temple: Baotong Zen Temple has always been a royal temple. It has a deep cultural heritage. Tickets are 15 per person.
