How can I climb the mountain?!" But when we got to Gongmenyan, the fog cleared and the clouds opened, and the sun was shining brightly. God was really helping me. Today was another good day for mountain climbing. We started crossing from the village under the Gongmenyan Expressway Bridge. I don’t know what the village is called, but on the way up the mountain, on a large rock wall on the side of the road, there was a big word "Gongmen" carved in it, with the words "Gongmen" underneath. One of his explanations about Gongmen Rock is particularly eye-catching. It is said that in the near future, Gongmen Rock will be opened as a scenic spot, and a road will be built here directly leading to Gongmen.
Gongmenyan Scenic Area is located in a closed valley. It takes more than an hour of hiking on a small mountain road to reach it, and the transportation is very inconvenient. This is also the reason why the scenic spot has not been opened yet. Because it is a closed original ecological scenic spot, Gongmen Rock has become a favorite among mountaineering enthusiasts from all over the world. Tourists come to Gongmen Rock in different seasons every year to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Especially in spring, when the rapeseed flowers are in full bloom, travelers from all over the world come here to camp and enjoy the beautiful scenery, which reaches its peak. As travel friends from all over the world come to visit, Gongmen Rock's reputation has become more and more popular, and it has attracted the attention of local government departments. This is also an important source of why the scenic spot should be opened to the public as I mentioned at the beginning.
The mountain to go to Gongmenyan is not very high, but walking through the mountains, climbing over the jungle, and the rugged and narrow mountain roads will still make you a little out of breath. Passing through a mountainous area and walking upwards, we soon encountered a fork in the road ahead. However, each fork in the road has red or yellow belt signs left by mountain climbers in various places. If we follow these signs, we will not go wrong.
This time I didn’t bring a camera, and there wasn’t much food in my bag. I only had two bottles of mineral water, so it was very light. Along the way, I walked quickly alone. When I encountered an important section, I took out my phone to take a few random photos, and then continued hiking. I don’t know why I feel very depressed this time. There is a kind of unhappiness running through me, which makes me feel particularly unhappy. I wanted to vent, so I moved forward desperately. He was far away from the team members behind him, and he also overtook mountaineers one after another.
Another mountaineering enthusiast walking in front looked at me with surprise, and then said, "Where did you come up from? I have been walking for so long before I got here. You just Come here." I said I came up from the village below. The climber was even more surprised and kept shaking his head in disbelief. I didn't care about him and kept going.
Soon we arrived at other people’s houses. These houses had been developed into farmhouses. There were piles of drink cans in front of the houses. There was a picture of the Gonggonyan landscape that was about to fade on the earthen wall. There was a vegetable garden in front of the house. There are just a few families here, not a village, but judging from the layout, there are still many people coming here to rest and eat.
Moving forward, as the mountain road went higher and higher, the humidity became thicker and thicker. The mountain road was wet and a little slippery, so I didn't dare to go fast and moved forward at a medium speed.
As we walked, people kept coming down the mountain in front of us. Some of them were carrying heavy bags with tents hanging outside, and some were carrying their wives and children. It turned out that they had already camped at Gonggonyan yesterday. I met quite a few people carrying tents along the way. Judging by their accents, some came from Shanghai, some from Taizhou, and some from Wenzhou.
On the mountain road, seeing the beautiful scenery of the empty mountains will make your heart clear, and a relaxed and happy mood will come from it. I seemed to be no longer bored, and kept shouting to the other side of the mountain, and the echoes drifted in the valley. Some fellow travelers who heard the echo kept shouting along.
After walking through a bamboo forest, we came to a three-way intersection. At this three-way intersection, there is an advertisement for a farmhouse, with "Li's Farm" written on it in a particularly eye-catching way. The content, address, contact information, and website address are written below the font. I didn't know where we were going this time, so I hesitated here. Ask passing travel friends for news. A travel friend told me: "To go to Gongmen Yabei, you have to turn from the road on your left. If you walk from the village, there are two roads, one is Shangping Road and the other is Xiaping Road." I said, I am going there. On the opposite side of Gongmenyan Mountain. "In this case, then you can take the road that turns on the left and keep walking until you reach the back of Gongmen Rock." He said. I followed his instructions and walked for a while, but I still felt something was wrong, so I called the tour leader. The leader said they entered from the village. So I hurried down the mountain. I saw that the people coming up from behind were all passing by Xiaping, so I followed them to Xiaping Village. It's 10am.
When I approached Xiaping Village, I was amazed by the perfect combination of mountains, villages and scenery. Xiaping Village is a closed village, isolated from the outside world. Being able to live in this mountainous area with such beautiful scenery is truly a paradise.
When you enter the village, you will see flags hanging on the walls in front, back, left and right, and you will be amazed by them. Looking at the flags hanging on the walls, you can tell how many outdoor teams come here for vacation and recreation.
Xiaping Village has well retained the appearance of the original village, with a courtyard building with earthen walls and tiled roofs and a wooden structure. There are pig pens, firewood sheds, etc. surrounding the yard. Some old houses have not been repaired for many years, and the tile-roofed houses have collapsed, but the wooden beams are still intact. Now these old houses have been developed into hotels and farmhouses. Lanterns are hung high in front of every house, and groups of travelers come here to stay, relax and camp, making Xiaping Village no longer lonely.
At about half past ten, the team members from behind arrived one after another. Their mood when they came was the same as mine just now, and they were full of curiosity about Xiaping Village. I walked around Xiaping Village, both inside and outside, downstairs and upstairs. Took a lot of photos. Especially when you walk to the mountainous area inside and see the whole scenery of Gongmenyan Rock at close range, it is still shocking: tall rocks stand on the top of the mountain, surrounded by cliffs. The Fire Tongs Rock, Shengping Rock, Gondola Rock, Yangshan Rock, Knee Rock, Flagpole Rock, Gongmen Rock, Camel Peak, Bat Cliff, Gongmen Creek, etc. are all displayed at a glance.
The team leader said we would have lunch and rest here. It was still very early, so I walked around the village one more time. Pat the flowers in the village, pat the rose grass on the eaves, pat the turrets, pat the trees in the village, pat the puppies in the village, pat the farmers at work, pat the old cows grazing in the fields, Still quite interesting. When I got interested, I walked to the rock wall and took pictures of the scenery at close range and from multiple angles, which was also a unique experience. Many people take pictures of scenery in Xiaping Village, and some of them are repetitive. No matter how I use the photos I took, I am still very happy.
After lunch, everyone took photos leisurely in the mountains. Everyone was laughing and smiling brightly. Finally, a group photo was taken at Gongmen Rock. Everyone cheered, spreading the passion and joy to every corner of Gongmen Rock.
At around 12:30, we set out to climb Gongmen Rock Back. We returned to Xiaping Road and walked towards Shangping Road. Passing by Shangping Village, I saw many travelers walking back and forth in Shangping Village. It turned out that they came to Shangping Village to spend the night or camp yesterday.
The team leader found a road without a road and walked through a bush and found the mountain road to Gongmenyan. This road did not exist before, it was a road trodden by many travel enthusiasts. Just like Mr. Lu Xun said, "In fact, there are no roads on the ground. When people walk too many, they become roads." These roads that have been stepped on are very narrow, and only one person can walk next to another. Halfway up the mountain, the beaten path became obvious. However, the road is full of potholes and has no steps, making it very difficult to walk. Especially to reach the first step of the mountain, you have to walk on a loose gravel road. People should be very careful when walking on these gravel roads, because if they are not careful, they may step on it and fall down. In addition, the small stones that fall will hit people walking below.
After passing the gravel road, we came to the first step of the mountain. This mountain is very steep and there is no road, so people can only climb it with bare hands. When we climbed up the mountain, there was a small platform with several people already there. Looking at the second step of the mountain peak, Xiaoping Village and the mountains from the small platform, you will have an urge to shout and be very excited. I quickly asked someone to take a photo for me as a souvenir.
Go down the first step and take the second step to the mountain, which requires climbing up a steep rock wall. This steep rock wall can be climbed up, but it is still difficult for female travelers, especially those who are afraid of heights. Fortunately, there were two ropes hanging on this steep rock wall, one thick rope and one thin rope. People can climb up and down with this rope. However, the number of people who want to climb up and down must be limited, and it must be a single climb. Otherwise, if everyone climbs up and down and scrambles, accidents may occur. If you fall, you will lose your arms and legs, and if not, you may lose your life. When we were about to climb, we happened to encounter an outdoor team coming down from below and stopped us from climbing. We let them pass first, so we wasted a lot of time here.
When we climbed to the second step peak and looked down at the first step peak, we had a majestic and majestic feeling. And the scenery is within reach, which feels so good.
The exciting moment came when we climbed the third highest peak - Gonggon Rock Back. Because to climb the third peak, you have to go up on a very narrow stone staircase artificially grooved on the edge of the cliff, and there is no handrail protection on one side, only a steel wire leaning against the stone wall for protection. If you are afraid of heights, walking on such a dangerous road can still be very scary. The steel wire rope shuttles through the artificially drilled stone void, and has become rusty over the years. It is unimaginable that if someone comes over, it will break. For safety reasons, the team leader added an extra rope as protection next to the wire rope. We took this rope and climbed up slowly.
I was the first to climb up and passed the dangerous cliff steps. The road behind was the road trodden by travel companions. Following these roads, there was a large rock. This rock was grooved to create a ladder, and people could climb up through the stairs. After passing the rock stairs, it is still a steep mountain road, and going up is the back of Gongmen Cliff. Taking pictures of the scenery on the back of the cliff allows you to take pictures of distant scenery. The trees on the back of the cliff were dense and the fallen leaves covered the path. Occasionally you will see outdoor flags planted on the roadside. This flag tells climbers that they have been here. Walking forward, there is a flat land. There are leaves everywhere on the flat land. There is no soil in sight. But among the leaves, you will find two stoves built with stones. Presumably the travel friends have had a picnic here before. Since we haven’t had a picnic for a long time, the stove is now slowly being submerged by leaves, making it look a little desolate.
After passing this stove flatland, keep going forward and you will reach a cliff at a corner. People can walk on this cliff to the top. Walking on the cliff is tense and exciting. Although it is full of dangers, the rocks on the slope of several meters are rough and uneven, so walking is relatively stable. As long as you are not afraid of heights, you can still feel at peace. Standing on the cliff and looking at the mountains, the vastness and the spirit will give people great enjoyment. You can't help but shout: "Gong Menyan, you are so beautiful!"
The team members who came up from behind were also playing and taking photos, and had a great time. On the back of Gongmen Cliff, the sun was too hot, and everyone was unbearably thirsty. Many people thought the bag was too heavy and difficult to climb, so they left it down. Only Bieme brought the bag up. He took out the grapefruit from his bag and cut open the skin to reveal the red flesh of the grapefruit, which was quickly robbed by everyone. It's quite interesting to see about ten people fighting to eat a grapefruit.
After taking a group photo on the back of the cliff, we went back down the mountain and had to cross the dangerous stone steps again. It is difficult to get up to this place, but it seems even harder to get down, because when you look down, you will see a deep cliff, which is shocking. When I came, there were already two donkey riders climbing. I wanted to get down early, so I went around them. The flying fish following behind looked at me and screamed in alarm: "Don't panic! Be careful! Danger!" Constantly reminding me to pay attention to safety. I have been climbing cliffs in the mountains since I was a child, and I am used to these excitements, so I didn't take it seriously and got through it without any danger.
At about 2:20, I returned the same way and came to a hillside, where many team members from this trip were waiting. Some of them were eating, presumably hungry; some were chatting in small groups, laughing and chatting happily; some found a shady place to sit down and enjoy the cool air.
After waiting for about half an hour, all the team members on the mountain came down, and we crossed the forest pit through another road. The road towards the forest pit is still relatively easy to walk, the road is very obvious. On the way we met a family eating on the ground floor, which was so enviable! Going forward, some sections of the road are blocked. When I got closer, I saw that the road was paralyzed. For safety, someone covered it with branches and used wood to drive it. I photographed a very beautiful flower on the roadside, pink and white. I don’t know what it’s called and I’ve never seen it before.
Walking forward, we encountered a fork in the road. Each road was marked with signs, one was to Dadotou Road and the other was to Linkeng Road. The word "Keng" on the road sign to Linkeng was blurred and could not be seen clearly, so we hesitated here. The leader came over from behind and pointed out the way, and we continued walking.

Going forward, we encountered a fork in the road, which was unmarked. The road going down the mountain is more obviously marked with outdoor red tape, while the road that keeps going is more desolate, but it is also marked with red tape ropes. We hesitated for a long time again, and the leader behind us didn't come over. Bieya couldn't wait any longer and walked down the mountain alone. Lan Yun also followed Bieya down, and then the flying fish also went down. Some people are afraid of getting into trouble if they go down the wrong way, so they wait until the leader comes from behind before leaving.
Suddenly Lan Yun, who was walking below, shouted to everyone: "I told you, this is this road, you all should come down!" However, many people still felt that it would be better to go after the leader confirmed it, so they kept waiting for the next one. The leader comes over. I couldn't wait any longer and rushed down.
On the way down the mountain, I saw many trees being cut down. These felled trees were carried by carpenters to a gathering point, and then they were sent down the mountain using cable car-like equipment. With so many trees being cut down, is it necessary to develop a tea base here? Later, the manager of the canteen on the mountain road told us, "It's not like cutting down and planting other plants. These trees were contracted to cut down. After cutting down, a batch of saplings were planted. Twenty years later, these saplings will grow to this size again." Cut down.”
When we arrived at the village, we saw many houses under construction. Country villas were built one after another with large hollow bricks and cement pillars.
Villagers put some food on the road in front of their homes to buy, including dried sweet potatoes, eggs, mineral water and drinks. The purchase price is really expensive. A bottle of Sprite drink sells for 3 yuan in the market, but here it costs 5 yuan, and they don't sell it for even one yuan less. This is a bit unreasonable. After all, this is a village with access to a road, and it's not in a scenic spot. It's a bit overbearing to buy it so expensively. The most disgusting thing is that they were holding their own food and wandering in front of us, shouting and tempting us to sell it.
When we walked to the entrance of the village and saw the word "Linkeng", we knew we had traveled to Linkeng Village. The car we chartered was parked on the road not far away. The big camphor tree at the entrance of the village has a history of hundreds of years. A thick tree root curved out of the ground. It looked very strange and interesting.
Around 4 o'clock, all the team members on the mountain arrived and drove back to Wenzhou. We arrived in Wenzhou around 7 o'clock, ending this perfect trip.
