Crossing Yandawang Mountain, the crossing route is: Da'aodi - Lingbei - Shanghuangzhuang Ridge - Dawang Mountain - Xijiao. The whole journey is about 8.7 kilometers and lasts four to five hours.
This route is a classic crossing route in Zhongyan, Yueqing, and can travel to the Xijiao Scenic Area in Zhongyan. The crossing distance is not too far, only 8.7 kilometers, but crossing the Dawang Ridge and seeing the most beautiful scenery of Zhongyan is still very exciting. This route is also my first time to cross the Zhongyan Route, so I am a little excited.
Unfortunately, it was cloudy and cloudy that day, and it started to rain lightly in the city. We were originally going to cancel the event, but later we chartered a car, so we went again with a lot of heart. At 9:20 we arrived at the starting point - Da'aodi. God was still considerate of us. It didn't rain and the road was dry. We went up from an ancient road beside the cave of Da'aodi Tunnel. This ancient road is Lingbei. Although the ancient trail is not very long, walking up from the foot of the mountain is still a bit breathtaking. Not long after walking, everyone was sweating profusely and took off their coats, leaving only a shirt or short-sleeved shirt.
After walking for about half an hour, we arrived at the top of Lingbei. There is an ancient temple called Lingtoutang. Look at this old wooden structure and tiled house, it has been around for some time. There is a donation sign on the right side of the gate. Looking at the sign, it turns out that the temple was renovated in 1995. The two plaques hanging on the eaves are old and worn, the paint has peeled off, and the writing on the plaques has long been blurred. The temple was empty and deserted. Only the female generals and door gods posted on the door wall made people feel that the temple was still alive. If it weren’t for the travel friends on our trip, this temple would be just like usual, alone on the top of the mountain, with the mountains as its companions.
We turned to the right side of the ancient temple and turned onto the Shanghuangzhuang Ancient Road. The Shanghuangzhuang Ancient Road is a relatively flat ancient road with not many uphill climbs, so it is much easier to walk than Lingbei. Along the way, we saw many withered yellow leaves piled up on the path. As we stepped on the fallen leaves, the soles of our feet made a "click, click" sound. After walking for a while, we looked up and saw a huge boulder appearing in front of us, which was surprising. This boulder is so huge that it occupies the entire hilltop opposite. Although it doesn't look like anything, it is huge enough to make people surprised. While walking, I looked through the branches to the lower left corner, and vaguely saw a field villa. It is said that it is Shanghuang Village, close to Wuniu Town. Looking at this village, we also learned that we can also take a bus from Wuniu to cross here. There are also many bright flowers blooming on the Shanghuangzhuang Ancient Road. The petals of some flowers spread out like dandelions, blooming densely, I don’t know what they are called, they are very beautiful. We followed the Shanghuangzhuang Ancient Road and came to the electric tower. We cut towards the mountain of the electric tower, which is the Dawang Ridge. At the electric tower, we saw that the highway to Shanghuangzhuang has been built almost to the Xijiao Scenic Area. If you have the opportunity, you can drive here and cross the Dawang Ridge, which would be much more convenient.
After getting on the electric tower, we walked up the ridge. After a while, we came to a big rock. We rested on this big rock for a while and then walked up for a while to reach the first difficult point of this crossing. The difficulty is that when climbing up, you have to cross a protruding rock. This protruding rock is between a very narrow rock. It is difficult to step on the edge, and it is difficult to grasp the branches above with both hands. Therefore, it is difficult to climb up at the moment. Feng Xiaoxiao, who was walking in front, relied on his dexterity to get up somehow. Xiaobangchui, who was walking second, was fatter and had a big belly. He stepped hard on the rocks on both sides with his feet, but he couldn't use any strength. Because the person is lying on a protruding rock and cannot see where his feet are stepping, sometimes his feet will miss the mark and he will not be able to climb up no matter how hard he climbs. Later, Feng Xiaoxiao put a pole rope on it and pulled him up. I followed closely behind, lying on the protruding rock, grabbing the broken branch that had been grabbed by someone with my right hand, and relying on the pulling force of the broken branch, I moved my body upwards hard. When I moved up a little and could grasp the branch on the left with my left hand, I pulled up harder and my body came up a little further. When my thighs could touch the protruding rocks, I used the strength of my thighs to push up, plus the strength of my hands to pull the branches, and I came up with difficulty. When I came up, I was quite proud. After all, it was not easy to come up despite my weight!
Then, Feng Xiaoxiao used the pole rope to pull up the team members behind him one by one. Mr. Chen, who was walking at the end, was too old to climb. He couldn't reach the pole rope that Feng Xiaoxiao had put down, so he screamed from below. Considering safety, Yi Zhi Duxiu, who was finishing up, threw up the rope and tied it to Feng Xiaoxiao. Boss Chen finally climbed up with difficulty with the long rope.
This difficulty cost us a lot of energy. Everyone seemed a little tired and rested on a big rock on the edge. We took a group photo, rested for a while and then continued walking up the ridge.
There is nothing difficult next, just walking on the grassy ridge. These ridges have been trampled by people for a long time, and they have shown a very obvious road. As the saying goes, there is no road on the ground, and the roads are made by people. There are still heavy clouds on the mountain, and what is presented in front of us is a gray and hazy scene, which makes people feel a sense of loss. Most of the Dawang Ridge is in the climbing stage. Although there is no sun, it is very hot on the mountain and there is no wind. It feels very difficult to walk. It had been a long time since the team members had climbed a mountain. They couldn't keep up with their physical strength and walked very slowly. There was at least one hilltop distance between them and the fast team members in front. I didn't dare to neglect and followed closely. When they stopped to rest, I walked faster than them; when I was tired and rested, I was overtaken by them and fell behind. On such a sweltering mountain top, it is really difficult to stay at the front.
Seeing that the team member at the back was still walking slowly behind after overtaking, we rested in the pile of rocks in front and waited for him. Suddenly, Duxiu called out: "Who is the one behind you? Did we pass someone at the end? " Everyone looked at the back and said: "Yes, Our team overtook one person at the end, and the one behind him was probably someone else. " We rested here for a while and watched as the overtaking slowly came up, so we continued walking forward. Soon we saw the Taoist Mountain in front of us and the reservoirs below. Due to the severe haze, we could not see the beautiful scenery clearly, so we could only feel its beauty in the haze.
We once again pulled away from overtaking, and Boss Chen was also pulled away by us, so we rested again in the pile of rocks in front and waited for them. The person following behind walked very fast, and soon overtook Chaoyue and came to where we were resting. Upon inquiry, it turned out that he was from Liushi, Yueqing. Today he traveled alone. I admire his courage and courage. Then the man walked away with us.
We saw the transcendence coming up, so we set off again. After walking through a hilltop and passing through a bamboo forest, we climbed towards the fire break. Up to the top of a fire break zone, we were getting closer and closer to the scenic spot, and the view of the Daoshi Mountain Reservoir Group became much clearer. However, the haze was still serious at this time, and the scenery was still unclear. We still felt the beauty in the haze. The rest of the way, we will be led away by fire. The fire prevention walk-through is the second most difficult point for us to cross at this time, and it is also the most difficult point in this trip. We have to climb a huge stone formation. It’s almost noon, so we’ll eat and rest here. At this time, the sun also came out, and the sun hit my body, making it feel even hotter.

The Liushi traveler left alone after finishing his meal. After we finished our meal, we rested for a while and then went to climb this stone formation. This stone array is made up of naturally stacked stones. It looks like a stack of Arhats. It is stepped, steep and steep. The main body is divided into two parts. The lower part is slightly shorter, but the exposed stone area is large and there are few grabbing points, so a rope is needed to pull it up. The upper part is long and steep. Although there are branches nearby to grab onto, it is still difficult to climb up with bare hands, so use a rope if you can. Qiang Donkey Feng Xiao Xiao and Yizhi Duxiu went up first and put the rope down. I saw that the stone was dry, so I tried to climb up with my bare hands without using the rope. The people behind pulled the rope up.
I saw that there was a grabbing point on the upper part, so I tried to climb up with my bare hands. When I climbed, the people behind me screamed one by one: "Zero distance, stop climbing! " "You weigh so much, be careful! " "Let's wait for Duxiu Go up and put down the rope and climb again! " I seemed to be unwilling to admit defeat and wanted to go up with my bare hands. So, I tried again and again. In the beginning, there were no branches, only grass roots to hold on to. I carefully grabbed a pile of grass roots, pulled it up hard, and then climbed up again with the help of the branches above. Just when I boldly took the risk to climb up, the team members behind me kept reminding me to pay attention to safety. Listening to their voices, I crawled a little panicked. I realized that it was wrong to continue like this, so I adjusted my mentality, eliminated all distracting thoughts, focused on climbing, and finally came up. When I reached the top, I raised my hands and cheered to the sky in victory. Feng Xiaoxiao came up second with a rope, and the people behind also came up with a rope. When I looked down from above, it was a little scary to see the steep and high rocks. So, I would like to remind travelers here to act according to their ability. If you have a rope, try to use it and don’t show off.
Go up to the top of the Stone Formation to see the scenery, and you can see a different scenery. Although there is sunshine, the scenery is still gray and not very clear. We reached the top of Dawang Mountain at an altitude of 530 meters and declared the summit successful.
We came down from the top of Dawang Mountain and continued walking down. Not long after we walked, two roads separated. One is the road that continues down to the scenic spot, and the other is the road to the top of Baizhang Peak. At this time, Feng Xiaoxiao, who was following me, told me not to go down and go to the top of Baizhang Peak to see the scenery. It was too hot to bask in the sun on the mountain, so I told him that the top of Baizhang Peak was not accessible, so I went down alone. After walking for about half an hour, we arrived at Xijiao Scenic Area.

I washed my face in the creek and felt much better. Walking into the scenic spot and looking at the strange peaks from bottom to top is refreshing. Xijiao Scenic Area has Baizhang Peak, Baizhang Zen Poetry, Tianmen Cave, Water Curtain Cave, Bizhe Waterfall and other scenic spots. Just above Xijiao Scenic Area is Yuzhen Scenic Area. Yuzhen Scenic Area is composed of three huge rocks, one of which has a pointed tip that protrudes like a bamboo shoot, and the other side looks like a general. People call them the Tota Li Tianwang Peak, which is very unique.

I was watching with interest when Fengchuuchi and Xiao Bangchui followed me, so the three of us walked towards Baizhang Peak. We arrived at the Guanyin Pavilion and sat down to rest and cool down. The team members on the mountain haven’t come down yet. I saw it was still early and wanted to go for a walk to Taoist Mountain. I heard from the wind that Taoshi Mountain was still far away and it would take at least two or three hours to get there. So, we went to Tianmen Cave for a walk. Tianmen Cave is a natural rock cave with artificial cement steps to go up and a railing under construction next to it. As we went up the stairs and reached the entrance of the cave, the wind was very strong. The wind blew over me and made my body feel chilly. It was very comfortable and cool. I stood there and didn’t want to come down because it was so cool. The inside of the cave is spacious, as big as half a basketball court. There is a wooden house built in the corner of the cave, and there are tables and chairs for playing chess under the house. Tourists come here to have fun, drink tea and play chess, which is also a very good way. enjoy. There is an observation deck built outside the cave. From here, you can see the entire Baizhang Zen Temple opposite Baizhang Peak, as well as the nearby rock peaks and streams. The scenery is particularly beautiful. The observation deck is entirely made of tempered glass, supported by steel bars and wood underneath. When people are here, it is transparent when looking down, and it feels like the whole person is hanging in the air, which is a bit creepy. People who are afraid of heights will not dare to go up easily.

After playing around in Tianmen Cave for a while, we continued walking up and saw workers building guardrails. I saw workers fixing a half-open plastic pipe between the railing posts. The pipe was connected with steel wires. The workers poured cement on top of the pipe. This is how the original circular railings were made. I Lament the ingenious wisdom of the cement workers. When I arrived at the pavilion above, I didn’t go up. I heard that it was still a long way to go to Yuzhen Peak, and I had to buy tickets, so I turned back.
When I came down, Feng Chui Chui and Xiao Bang Chui had gone, I don’t know where they went. I quickly sent a QQ group to contact them, and they replied that they went out from the Bazhe Falls exit with the team members who came down from above. So, I followed the old path and walked in the direction of Bazhe Waterfall.
Bazhe Waterfall is dominated by waterfalls. It is the dry season, so the waterfall is not very big, but the clear pool is green and beautiful. Not long after walking in, you will reach the "Youqiao". The "Youqiao" and the "Bazi" waterfall form a beautiful landscape painting. Going straight down from "Youqiao" is the "Xuanguan" gate. Not long after walking out of the "Xuanguan" gate, you will reach the Bizhe Waterfall. Now the water flow is small, so you can't see the spectacular sight of the 20-fold waterfall, but all the way down, you can still feel its graceful dancing posture. Down from the 20% waterfall is the Longtan. This Longtan is not very big, and there is not a lot of water, so it looks even smaller. Coming out of Longtan and passing through the steel wire suspension bridge is Jiulong Lake. The water quality of Jiulong Lake is not very clean, but the plank road built with the lake makes people walk leisurely and feel comfortable. Along Jiulong Lake, you can also enjoy the beautiful scenery of Taoist Mountain. People can also fish leisurely in Jiulong Lake.
