The grasslands of Xinjiang are so famous that Aktas is not even ranked.This is a grassland located on Wusun Mountain. It originally had no name. Because it belongs to Aktas Village, it is called Aktas Grassland. In Kazakh language, "Akhtas" means "White Stone Mountain", which is named after the white rocks on the mountain.
Speaking of which, I almost missed "her".The first time I went there, I was playing on a hillside and saw only a few cows and green hills. The second time I was ordered to take a colleague who had just arrived to play. When I drove in, I was completely stunned. The weather was excellent that day, with blue sky, white clouds, and sunny wind. We didn’t walk long before we saw the mountains full of cows, sheep, and horses. We drove past one mountain after another. On almost every mountain, we could see cows and sheep lazing all over the ground. Horses and livestock all over the world seem to have escaped.This is what I understand as the prairie, primitive and vast.
Finally, we couldn't go any further and stopped at one place. There are no other tourists here, just the three of us, and the mountains full of cattle, sheep and horses. I was very excited, as if I had discovered a new world. Standing in this empty and quiet secret realm, you will think of how many years have flowed here for thousands of years, and you standing here now have become an eternal scene in her long years.
That day was the Dragon Boat Festival. The local herdsmen had some relatives come home. I happened to see them hanging their sheep . The horseback riding was really valiant .
We had a great time that day, and it was not until the sun was setting that we returned with unfulfilled interest.
It’s been half a year since my trip to Xinjiang. As I write this, I think I should have written it down at that time. Times have changed and I can’t remember many of my feelings. I think I will still go to Xinjiang, more than once, and want to see those beautiful scenery, exotic customs, and delicious food.
