"Purple smoke rises from the incense burner under the sun, and you can see the waterfall hanging in front of the river in the distance. The water flows down three thousand feet, and it seems that the Milky Way falls in the sky." No one can describe the beauty of Lushan Mountain better than Li Daxian. Even the great writer Dongpo "doesn't know the true face of Mount Lu, just because he is in this mountain." I don't know how to describe it, but I just don't want to leave.
The Lushan Mountain in my heart comes to life dimly in this dazzling masterpiece. Given the opportunity, the mountains are high and the road is far, but we still have to go together.
Lushan Mountain is not very high. The highest peak, Hanyang Peak, is only over 1,400 meters. I feel that most people in Lushan Mountain do not climb Hanyang Peak. Firstly, it is not mentioned in many guides. Secondly, when I arrive, I can’t find where to climb. If you come here with the idea that climbing to the highest peak means you have conquered a mountain, you will probably be disappointed. Those who go to Lushan just to climb Hanyang Peak are probably straight-hearted and a little naive. The beauty of Mount Lushan lies in its vastness, with rolling peaks, crisscrossing valleys, and beautiful scenery everywhere. Deep forests, cliffs, caves, and waterfalls are all over the mountains, and they are full of surprises when you don’t expect them.
And go to the mountains.
My physical fitness is acceptable, so I’ll let the sightseeing bus eat less for the time being. Walking on the mountain road is even more wonderful. Before that, I met my sister who was also traveling here alone in Beijing. We traveled together in the car and chatted about travel anecdotes, which was very enjoyable. When we reach the mountains, each has his own way and walks alone. Communicating with like-minded people during a trip is fun and part of the journey. The wind in the mountains is refreshing, and the yellow leaves on the ground are flying in a whirl, and my body seems to be blown by the wind, brisk and humming a small tune.
When we arrived at Hanpokou, we sat in Hanpo Pavilion. I feel like the name is wrong. This place doesn't look like a big mouth, let alone Poyang Lake. The person who originally named it was afraid that he would be hungry when he came here, and there was nothing to eat anywhere. When he looked up and saw Poyang Lake, he wanted to eat the delicious fish and crabs in the lake, but calling it "fish mouth" or "crab mouth" was too explicit. Then call it Hanpokou. Hanpokou can only see one end of Poyang Lake, and it is a very small end, but it can also see the entire Wulao Peak, and the scenery is pretty good. "The Wulao Peak is so high that it reaches the sky like a jade pen" was something I only thought of later. When climbing Wulao Peak, I just thought silently, this is Delao Peak, not bad, this is Er Lao Peak, um, very good, very good, this is San Lao Peak, wow, this stone is awesome...
It is said that Sandiequan is the best waterfall in Lushan Mountain, so naturally I wanted to see it. But after asking people along the way, they all said that the recent rain has been poor and the water flow is small, so it is better not to watch. I think now that I’m here, I won’t regret it if I don’t watch it. But what I regret even more is that I saw the photo of Sandiequan that an enthusiastic tourist showed me. It shows three small streams, like Sanmao's Sanmao. Fake, fake, it must be fake! How could the Lushan Waterfall, which flows three thousand feet high and the Milky Way falls in the sky, be like this! I wanted to take a photo like this and try to find out, but there was no way. not going! Wait for the next good time to feel the poetry of expectation again.
Then we went back the way we came and saw a red forest with red leaves all over the trees and ground. The sky seems bluer and the clouds seem whiter, just like a fairy tale wonderland. People can't help but press the shutter to record this amazing moment. The autumn scenery of Lushan Mountain can be said to be unique to this extent. There were several girls in Hanfu enjoying themselves and vying to take photos, attracting the attention of passers-by. Although the ancient costumes were beautiful, they were not as beautiful as this scene.
Looking for a dense path in the mountains, I was silent all the way. The roots of the trees were exposed on the dirt road, and I felt like they would move at any time. The trees are straight and tall, the crispy birds are singing everywhere, and I suspect there is no end to the road. I probably don’t want there to be an end either. The true meaning of this mountain lies in this quiet place in the deep forest. I just want to walk all the way. I don't know if I'm lost, well, I don't know where I'm going. Fortunately, I met other passers-by and asked for directions, which ended my blind dream of hiding in the mountains and forests, cutting off the world.
Walk through the mountains and step on the pine trees to reach Ruqin Lake. This lake is not like a harp. The sky is blue and white, reflected in the water, and looks like the strings of a harp. When the wind blows and the strings move, there is pure music that reaches the ears, which is indescribable.
I want to see more scenery in Lushan Mountain, but the weather is not beautiful, and the sun and moon are about to change, and there is nothing I can do. Let’s leave Mount Lushan in our dreams and see it again one day.
