Tangling Park is the site of the World Cultural Heritage Qing Fuling Mausoleum and is named because it is located in the east of the urban area. "Fuling" is the mausoleum of Nurhaci, the founder of the Qing Dynasty, and Yehenala, the queen of Xiaocigao. Together with Zhaoling in Shenyang City and Yongling in Xinbin County, it is collectively known as the "Three Tombs outside Guanwai" and the "Three Tombs in Shengjing".
