Snowy Buddha Country, a pure world.

The temporary plight of poverty and backwardness has not affected their happy life. They are still a happy country because their devout faith allows them to live in poverty and live happily, with the fear of God in their hearts, simple and sincere!

There are a thousand Nepals in the eyes of a thousand people. Everyone’s aesthetics and sensibilities vary greatly, so if you want to understand a place from other people’s mouths, it is better to observe and experience it personally with your own eyes and hearts. 39 teammates are heading towards our dream place together: Nepal ,Set off.

It is said that Nepalese people have the most beautiful smiles in the world. My days in Nepal proved that this is a country where smiles are on the faces of all the people. That kind of smile, one look at it, you will never forget it for the rest of your life!

On the day of departure from Kunming, when the China Eastern Airlines flight flew over Mount Everest, I looked at the Himalayas disappearing and appearing in the thick clouds outside the window. The plane circled in the air eight times for nearly an hour before landing on this long-awaited place. The place, Nepal we are here!

On the first day, we arrived at Bodhnath Stupa, the world's largest round pagoda with a history of more than 1,600 years. It is also an important holy place of Tibetan Buddhism in Nepal. There is a square pagoda on top of a semicircular white pagoda with a circumference of 100 meters, with huge Buddha eyes painted on all sides. There is a circular street below the pagoda, and believers and tourists follow this street clockwise. While walking, he kept turning the prayer wheels on the wall, sometimes clasping his palms together, sometimes bending down and kneeling down, showing great piety.

From a distance, I saw an elderly man with a weathered face and wise eyes. He was extremely determined in the crowd of people flowing like water. He was not affected by anything. He was just twirling the beads there quietly and thoughtfully. Not far away The innocent children playing with the pigeons and the people sitting on the benches pieced together the most vivid picture, which I named "Human World".

Asceticism is originally a way of practice for Hindus: No sexual intercourse, no lying, and no killing. Suffering in one’s mind and starving one’s body in the hope of skipping many reincarnations and being liberated in this life. But in the Burnt Corpse Temple, what I saw was more of a kind of "decoration" and "performance" in order to get rewards from tourists looking for novelties.

Temples in the human world are always being destroyed and rebuilt at the same time.

Bitter, not difficult. Monk, it’s not difficult either. The really difficult thing is “doing”.

One step to heaven, one step to hell.

If the temples in Nepal make you a little tired of aesthetics! When you come to Swayambhunath Temple, just think of it as coming to see the monkeys...

Regaining Innocence and Freedom: Chitwan

From Kathmandu, go to Chitwan National Forest Park, where there are forests, swamps, rivers and elephant breeding centers. You can observe various wild animals up close and stay in a jungle hotel full of local characteristics.

The Tanu village in the morning

We set out early the next morning to take a canoe ride. This is a narrow boat made by hollowing out a whole tree trunk. It is round on the outside and square on the inside. It is only wide enough for one person to sit down, and can seat up to 12 people. personal. When the boat is full, the side of the boat is almost flat with the water. People inside must remain still, otherwise water will enter if there is a slight shake. It was foggy that morning and the visibility on the river was very low. Our canoe moved slowly down the river. From time to time, different water birds flew over our heads. Many fossil-like crocodiles lay motionless on the beach. There, the trees on both sides of the bank are as clear-cut as ink paintings. Apart from the sound of water flowing, you can only hear your own heartbeat and breathing in silence.

The most exciting event: Elephant riding.

All elephants are female elephants with gentle temperaments. In addition to the mahout, each elephant can also seat four people. When we sit on the back of the tall elephant, we are carried through the dense jungle by it, and we are playful. They come up with some tricks from time to time. Instead of taking the wide road, they have to take the uneven path. Several times, my shoes and my son's glasses were almost torn off by the branches; Descending from the steep river bed into the river At that time, we almost got thrown out. When it got tired, it drank water with its nose and swung water to the sides of its body, which made us scream in surprise. After riding for two full hours, when we came down, we just felt like the world was spinning. I felt like I was motion sick, but it was a very unforgettable experience.

when The local guide led us to hike through the jungle and admire the unique plants we had never seen before. The fog had completely dissipated, and the sun shone through the leaves on the ground. There was no choking dust in the city, only moist and sweet air to breathe freely.

If Kathmandu is a city that records history and humanity, then Chitwan is a garden that maintains its original innocence and simplicity. Here, you don’t need to do anything except get close to nature and release your nature. What you see when you open your eyes every day is In a small local theater, we also enjoyed the original singing and dancing performance of the Tanu people. The local Tanu villages still retain the traces of the past, whether it is houses, clothing or lifestyles. They are simply living cultural relics that have not been affected by modern society at all.

Another color of heaven:Pokhara

Many people know Pokhara from a movie called "Waiting for the Wind". That year I also watched this very literary love scene film, which shot Nepal very beautifully, but when we really came to this When I arrived at the place, I realized that everything in front of me was actually more magnificent than what was shown in the movie.

The sun rises at an extremely fast speed, lining the snow-capped mountains with gold and bringing blazing temperature to the earth. In the gradually brightening morning light, people on the top of the mountain cheer and embrace each other to celebrate this another ordinary but great moment. Started a new day. The Himalayas in the distance are gradually showing their majesty. Dhaulagiri and Fishtail Peaks are covered with white snow, quiet and solemn. At that moment, I finally understand why so many people are willing to pay the price of their lives to climb those unreachable mountains. The mountain, because the whole process of mountain climbing is like our life. When you have worked extremely hard and endured endless pressure and hardship, you will finally understand the true meaning of being a human being when you finally reach the top of the mountain. This process is "alive".

Phewa Lake is the second largest lake in Nepal. It is like a green lung. Boating in it is like walking in a painting. The snow-capped mountains in the distance are reflected in the lake. Herringbone-shaped geese pass by in the sky. The calm, mirror-like lake surface is glowing with gems. Such luster, at that moment I really wanted to just float on the lake, watching the clouds in the sky slowly fall asleep.

Pokhara is a paradise for hikers and a world-famous paragliding base.

——When standing on the edge of the cliff of life, it is better not to move or rush forward. Perhaps all you have to do is to quietly...wait for the wind to come...

After signing the "life and death certificate", a van took us to the paragliding base in the Himalayas. Everything is ready, standing on the cliff of the mountain trembling slightly, waiting for the wind to come. The gliding instructor needs to rush down the slope with you at the same speed, one behind the other, and then leap into the wind. This take-off method is called "cliff style". When I stepped out in the air, my mind went blank. After falling for a few seconds, I took advantage of the wind and soared into the air. (I turned into a flying bird)

The next step is to take a good look at the scenery, cooperate with the coach, and express your feelings correctly. For example, are you dizzy or not? I’m not dizzy! How about going into that cloud? Flying into the clouds, the moon is hazy, the birds are hazy, I want to fly higher. Do you dare to touch the leaves over there? Don’t dare. Is it okay to go for a walk on Phewa Lake? The beautiful Phewa Lake is clear and charming. Rotate it, okay? Okay...I heard the wind, my breathing, felt my heartbeat and slight sweat, and the occasional nausea caused by a small weight loss made me end the thirty-minute flight. The instructor took me on the lake Landing in an open space on the side, I really couldn't stand up this time.

This was my first time to experience paragliding. I was very happy and worth experiencing again.

Experience flying like a bird🐦 at least once in this life.

Bandipur is an ancient town in Nepal, located between the mountains of Kathmandu and Pokhara. It is home to the indigenous Newari people of Nepal. Because it is located in a mountainous area, far away from cities and modern civilization, it is extremely quiet and relaxing. The altitude here is not high, but from the open area on the top of the mountain, you can see the rolling snow-capped mountains with an altitude of more than 7,000 meters: Manaslu Peak 8,163 meters, Himachuri Peak 7,893 meters, Nagadi Chuli Peak 7871 meters, Ganesh Peak 7110 meters, Annapurna Snow Mountain, Langtang Snow Mountain...

There is this passage in the movie "Wuwen Xidong": "When people put themselves in busyness, they feel numb and at ease, but they lose reality. What is reality? What do you see? What you hear, what you do, and who you are with, there is a kind of peace and joy that overflows from the depths of the soul without regret or shame. "On the journey, it is not you who is comfortable. The scenery you saw, the food you tasted, the souvenirs you bought and the photos you took are all about your sudden slowing down and a close friend who can share your feelings with you anytime, anywhere, even if he is not with you, even if he is separated from you Mountains, seas and time difference, but the joy is real and profound.

Badgang Durbar Square suffered slightly less damage than Kathmandu Durbar Square in the earthquake. The 30-meter-high Nyatapola Temple (i.e. five-story pagoda) still stands intact in the southeast of the square. It is also the tallest in Nepal. In the Hindu temple, beside the steps of each platform, there is a group of majestic statues, arranged from top to bottom according to the strength: Goddess Siti Lakshmi, condor, lion, elephant, giant Lux. A couple is standing in front of the temple to take wedding photos. Perhaps this is also a way to obtain the protection and blessings of the gods.

This place is famous for its wood carvings and ceramics. There is a small ceramic square near the residential area in the south, where we saw some beautifully made ceramic wind chimes. Perhaps the song "Wind Chimes of Kathmandu" came from this? Although other pottery is not delicate, it still has a simple charm in it. The 55 black lacquered sandalwood carved windows of the famous Old Palace (the 55-Window Palace) are ancient but exquisite, reflecting the highest level of local wood carving craftsmanship.

Come When you come to Bhaktapur, you must try the most famous old yogurt here. In fact, Nepalese yogurt is really delicious, but Bhaktapur's has a unique flavor. It is served in a shallow ceramic bowl, and you can see the small holes left during fermentation. It tastes cool and has a little sweetness of orange. It is the semi-solidified old-fashioned yogurt that makes people linger after eating it.

Feel the smile of Nepal. Maybe you just meet a random person on the street. She will give you a kind look and greet you with a "namaste" namaste... Maybe you just raise the camera in your hand, and they will The smile that will be returned to Nepal...simple and sincere.

Safe return from Nepal! In fact, the happiest thing about this short journey is meeting everyone, becoming friends, laughing and joking happily every day, and seeing you on the road by fate.
