Humble Administrator's Garden In January 2020, the Spring Festival came extremely early, causing air ticket prices to skyrocket. In desperation, while reviewing in Nantu, I shopped around and looked at discounted air tickets on major platforms. Finally, I finally found a special midnight ticket from Baoan-Wuxi, which cost only more than 200. Moreover, the high-speed rail in the Yangtze River Delta is also very developed. The high-speed rail from Wuxi to Suzhou only takes 20 minutes, and the high-speed rail from Suzhou to Shanghai only takes half an hour. What's more, there are special direct flights home from Shanghai. Just by a series of coincidences, my trip to Suzhou began. After finishing the exam at 5 pm, I rushed to the airport with my suitcase. I booked a single mini room with no windows in the old town of Suzhou, but it was very clean. After placing my luggage, I walked to the Humble Administrator's Garden, one of the four famous gardens in China. |

There are very few tourists on the street in front of the Humble Administrator's Garden, and only the bare trunks of the two rows of sycamore trees are left. However, it is much better than the crowds in summer.

The Humble Administrator's Garden is also very famous for its covered bridges. The whole garden is centered around water, and a patterned covered bridge was built along the water.
Even in winter, the trees in the south will not be like the trees in the north that lose only a bare branch.
Bare tree trunks, brown residual leaves, and evergreen branches and leaves give the garden architecture its character.

In early January, the first wave of winter plum blossoms bloomed first. It was not in full bloom when I came.
