A tweet that is pure dry stuff and no nonsense.

Because I usually post a lot of pictures in my circle of friends, I won’t include too many pictures in this tweet.

What matters is content, content! And will attach the itinerary form and expenses I made.

write in front

1. Someone asked me whether it is troublesome or tiring to make guides. I think so, although I often get obsessive-compulsive disorder because of thinking about how to maximize the use of time, thinking about different modes of transportation, thinking about budget, etc. But in general, this kind of planning process is necessary for me (the planning maniac) . I don’t like the feeling of not being able to find a car or a road when something unexpected happens.

2. This plan is slightly more intensive and suitable for street sweepers, but it is not as exaggerated as expected. After all, I usually go back to rest at 8:00 or 9:00 in the evening. But it is not suitable for super Buddhist leisure travelers (the kind who just want to stay in a resort and collapse when going out)! !

3. This itinerary covers various natural landscapes, cultural landscapes, customs, history and culture . It is suitable for adults and children. It is suitable for people who like to check in at Internet celebrity places. It is also suitable for people who like to see the depth of humanities, young and old. Xianyi.

*Preparation before departure*

· Visa: Search directly on a certain treasure or Mafengwo, it will work, it is easy to apply, and the visa will be issued in 7 working days.

· Air tickets: I bought Spring Airlines, Wuhan-Osaka/Tokyo-Wuhan, they are all direct flights, the price is cheap, the round trip totals 2k

· Internal transportation: I bought a 7-day JR PASS that is universal across Japan, 2k/person, owned by JR (can be used on Shinkansen, trams, boats, and cars). You can calculate the price of using it and not using it. Generally take it A few Shinkansen trips will pay off ...so I recommend using it! Unless you only play one place

· Others: I use Google Maps for navigation, which is very easy to use and accurate; the phone card I bought is not recommended for mobile wifi, and charging is very troublesome; I bought the Xigua Card in advance (similar to our bus card? But it has a wider range of uses , can be used in convenience stores and everything)

*Overall itinerary*

Note: Because we basically spent two days flying, we actually only played for 8 full days~

From Osaka to Tokyo (a rough picture)

*The principle is to fly to Osaka first, because there are direct flights from Wuhan, then take the Shinkansen to Hiroshima, and then head east step by step. Finally flew back to Wuhan from Tokyo.

Specific daily itinerary reference

·Osaka·

I only had one night this time, so I chose to go to the busiest area near Dotonbori/Shinsaibashi. There are a lot of people and lots of food. You can take photos of scenes that appeared in Conan. However, I suggest that if you want to eat in peace, you can walk nearby and away from the core crowds. There are also many gourmet restaurants hidden in the surrounding alleys. Okonomiyaki, a must-try, not bad.

·Hiroshima·

I feel like I usually go to Japan and rarely go to Hiroshima. It usually revolves around Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto. Hiroshima is actually worth visiting!

Miyajima: In addition to the Itsukushima Shrine worth seeing, it is actually a good place for shopping and eating. The architecture on the island is very interesting, and there are many deer that are not afraid of people! They are much docile than the deer in Nara. It is also very convenient to get there from Hiroshima. You can take a bus from Hiroshima JR Station to Miyajima Exit and then take a 10-minute ferry ride. You can experience a variety of transportation methods~

Atomic Bomb Dome: You can see the classic Atomic Bomb Dome ruins. Stop by the memorial hall. As for the content of the memorial hall itself, I actually have some objections. But this article is a guide with love~ so I won’t mention it. I will just say, “Only by facing history directly and not forgetting the past can we move towards a peaceful future.”

In addition, Hiroshima yaki is a must-try! Hiroshima people really love Hiroshima yaki, it’s almost the same as Wuhan hot dry noodles (?) I think it’s delicious! Even better than Okonomiyaki!

·Kurashiki beautiful·

Kurashiki was designated as a shogunate district during the Edo period. For Chinese people, it is a very niche place. Almost everyone has never heard of it and will not go there. However, there are really many, many Japanese people going to play! It can be said that almost all the people who go there are Japanese...many students go on study tours.

I feel like this place is a bit like Wuzhen in China to us? Japanese-style houses with small bridges and flowing water , and the Ohara Museum of Art here has Monet's "Water Lilies", but we did not go in to see it.

The transportation is very convenient. Take the Shinkansen to Okayama. From Okayama, you can take the JR line to Kurashiki in ten minutes. It takes 10 minutes to walk from the station to the beautiful area.

· Himeji Castle ·

It’s worth watching! is a world cultural heritage. Because it is well preserved, it is called Himeji Castle " Japan's No. 1 Castle" . The entire castle is white, and the design of the entire building is exquisite and complex. You can enter and visit , and slippers are required. You can climb all the way to the top of the castle tower and overlook the entire Himeji Castle.

You can see many holes in the outer wall, which are specially used to store bows and arrows and other hidden weapons. It is quite interesting to visit this kind of building.

·Kobe·

I actually like Kobe. It's not as fast-paced and depressing as Tokyo, but the shopping, food and beautiful scenery are not bad at all. Quite a few.

If you like watching night views, don't miss the "Night View of Mount Maya", which is known as one of Japan's three major night views. Take the cable car to the Mount Maya Observation Deck to overlook the entire Kobe and even Osaka. But this time I It's a pity that I didn't make it in the evening.

If you like food, Kobe's Motomachi, Sannomiya, and Nankinmachi are all lined with shops, and they are all very close together, so you can shop until you can't walk. There is also the harbor area further away, where you can enjoy the sea breeze and drink coffee, which is very relaxing.

If you like petty bourgeoisie, Kitano District (Kitano Ijinkan) is very suitable. There are all kinds of cute little houses. They used to be the embassy area, but now they have mostly been transformed into some coffee houses and clothing stores. There are also many places to visit. The old buildings and quiet houses are perfect for taking pictures.

In fact, there are Rokko Mountain and Arima Hot Spring to visit around Kobe. Due to scheduling reasons, I didn’t go this time. If you can arrange to come, you can consider it~

·Kyoto·

A must-visit city in Japan. It was amazing the first time, but after the second time, maybe because I went to many other cities, I didn’t feel that much. But this time I went to Arashiyama, Arashiyama was great! I saw someone commenting before that there is not much to do in Arashiyama, and someone else commented that Arashiyama is so beautiful. I think whether traveling is fun or not is a matter of opinion. It mainly depends on your mentality when traveling.

The maple leaves in Arashiyama are not yet completely red, but a small number of them are already starting to change color. Listening to the sound of water flowing, buy a cup of coffee and eat local tofu dishes. Walking around in Arashiyama Park, I came across a monument commemorating Premier Zhou’s poems.

In my opinion, this unplanned trip to Arashiyama was an unexpected surprise. If it were when the maple leaves were in full bloom, it would definitely be more beautiful, but there would also be more tourists and there would be less tranquility.

The Arashiyama area is pretty big, so I didn’t take another small train. I only went to Nonomiya Shrine and Tenryuji Temple, and wandered around Togetsuki Bridge.

In addition to Arashiyama, this time I visited Yasaka Shrine and Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine. I think Fushimi Inari can be used twice. The dense Senbon Torii Gate is still so stunning, but it was a pity that it rained that morning and there were not many photos. It is most beautiful when the light and shadow intersect. If the weather is good, you can climb to the top.

·Nagoya·

Practical | Japan 10-day in-depth travel guide for smaller niches

I remember first searching "What is there to do in Nagoya" on Zhihu, and someone replied, "I have lived in Nagoya for 10 years, and let me tell you, there is nothing to do." In fact, I originally arranged to stay in Nagoya for one night, just for the next day. Takayama/Shirakawago one-day tour (round trip to Nagoya). But after searching, I found a somewhat interesting place - Toyota Technology and Industry Memorial Hall .

Not far from JR Nagoya Station, 20 minutes' walk. The exhibition hall started from Toyota's textile business. Talking about the current high and new technologies, what is more interesting is that there are many opportunities to experience by yourself, and you can actually see various machines and even control them yourself. operate. I think it’s quite interesting to press a button myself and then have a bunch of robotic arms banging in front of me to load the car. Especially suitable for bringing children.

·Gaoshan Old Street·Shirakawa Township Gassho Village·

Veryvery niche, but a very worthwhile day trip! The whole journey is by bus, taking the winding highway, going deep into the mountainous areas of central Japan, visiting ancient streets and breathing fresh air in the ravines .

Gaoshan Old Street , is a product of the combination of Kyoto style and Edo style. have inside Takayama Jinya (the former residence of the castle lord), But we have already been to Kurashiki this time Beautifully District, maybe not so much for Gaoshan Old Street It feels great.

Shirakawa-go Gassho Village , can only be reached by bus, not by tram. In the past, when it snowed in winter, the entire area was basically closed. It is a very traditional village. The specialty lies in their architecture - Gassho Village. It was built to prevent heavy snow from crushing the house. The roof has a particularly steep slope. In 1995, it was designated as a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage.

You can also go by yourself. There is a JR train from Nagoya to Takayama, but the time is about the same as the bus (about 2.5 hours). There are only buses from Takayama to Shirakawa-go, and they need to be reserved in advance, which is troublesome. So I booked a one-day tour with a local travel company in Japan, both tb and Mafengwo have agents.

There was no shopping or anything else during the whole journey. The tour guide was Japanese and would patiently explain the local customs, customs and attraction information. This kind of one-day trip is quite comfortable~ It’s also reasonable to relax a little and don’t have to find a car and find the way by yourself~

·Tokyo·

Because I spent several days in Tokyo last time, I didn’t go to many places this time. I only went there specifically to check in. Tsutaya Bookstore Daikanyama Store is very big and has many and comprehensive books. However, there are a lot of Japanese books. There are many peripheral products, including some co-branded gadgets and even Starbucks. I love visiting bookstores and have been here for a long time.

This time I came to Tokyo and didn’t go to many popular attractions. Because I lived relatively close to Asakusa, I went to Sensoji Temple. It was as lively as ever and crowded, so I didn’t stay too long and walked directly to Ueno Park. However, it was said that the Tokyo National Museum was a scam, so I didn’t go in. I continued my rampage and walked to the University of Tokyo, where I stopped .

The entire Dongda University has a collegial atmosphere and is very quiet. The teaching buildings are very old-fashioned. It is really cool to enter the famous Central Canteen of Dongda University (I have seen videos posted by Youtubers before). Although I missed the meal and didn't order a full meal, I came with twice the coffee. The price here is about 2/3 of the market price in Japan, or even cheaper, but the taste is still very good.

Practical | Japan 10-day in-depth travel guide for smaller niches

I took a break while drinking coffee. There were students studying diligently with computers next to me, and there were Chinese scholars who came for exchange visits. The atmosphere really made me want to go back to campus to study right away!

Tokyo night view. Generally speaking, there are three landmark viewing spots overlooking the night view of Tokyo: 1. Tokyo Tower 2. Sky Tree (also called Skytree) 3. Roppongi . The first time I visited Sky Tree was at the highest viewing point. The elevator was very cool. I was shocked as soon as I opened the elevator door and saw the "absolutely amazing" night view.

This time I chose Roppongi because although the Sky Tree is tall, it is located in Sumida District, which is a bit out of the way. In fact, you can’t see Tokyo’s most prosperous core CBD, and the area where Roppongi is located happens to be in a relatively prosperous area. The important thing is that you can see Tokyo Tower. As a bright red in the night sky, Tokyo Tower still looks stunning and representative when taking photos. This may be better than the Sky Tree.

Downstairs in Roppongi is the business district, where you can shop and eat. In addition to the observation deck on the 52nd floor, there is also the Roppongi Forest Art Museum. You can visit the museum for free with the viewing ticket.

Total trip cost

*Not too frugal, the food was good and the stay was satisfactory. I think less than 1,000 per capita for 10 days is pretty good. Especially now that the exchange rate is not good and Japan has added consumption tax.

Other tips

1. It is recommended to book hotels near stations . Japanese cities are generally very lively near stations and are the center of transportation. It is convenient to stay near a station to go anywhere. Avoid dragging suitcases around, especially in metropolitan areas like Tokyo/Osaka. In some places, subways and buses are not so developed, so it is better to live near the station.

2. Make good use of Google Maps . Japan’s transportation is very developed and the time is accurate to the minute. Remember to use Google Maps to check the itinerary in advance and arrange the time.

3. If you buy a JR pass, try to use JR's transportation within the validity period (JR trains, Shinkansen, cars, etc.), which will be displayed when checking the route on Google Maps. Basically all the major transportation in my itinerary are owned by JR, so you can just show your JR pass and take any ride.

I wrote 4k words eloquently. I didn’t want to be so verbose, but I was afraid that I didn’t write it clearly.

There may still be some imperfections, please forgive me.

Xiao Wang said that the meaning of my work is to travel.

Although this is too exaggerated and absolute, walking on the road is indeed an indispensable part of my life.

See different scenery, see different humanity,

See a different world,

It can make me truly feel the freshness of life.

Feel yourself alive.

So, keep walking.
