Yanmen is one of the main scenic spots in Jinyun Xiandu Scenic Area. It is a beautiful mountain and river that integrates human history and natural scenery. The unique Danxia landform gives the Yanmen Gorge its majesty. At this point, the mountains on both sides of the canyon are connected. , evenly matched, refusing to give in to each other, forming a trend of "one man is in charge, and ten thousand men cannot open it".

"The Jinyunchuan valley is difficult, and the Shimen is the most impressive." Li Bai, the poet of the Tang Dynasty, said in a poem, the Shimen here is the Yanmen. Ma'anshan and Baishui Mountain are hugged by two mountains, and the gap is called a gate. The strategic point can only allow a stream of water to pass through. Although it is called a rock gate, there is no gate to guard it. Sometimes the door is locked by clouds and mist.

The bright sun was shining brightly as I squeezed into the Yanmen along the asphalt road along the Ya River. The stone gate suddenly opened up. The village houses were built against the mountains. The tea trees in the tea garden in front of the door were tender and green. There was an open space the size of a football field on the right, paved with gravel. There are many long stools placed on the ground, with gongs, drums and other musical instruments placed in the center of the stools. All those sitting and chatting are elderly people, enjoying the gentle breeze and enjoying themselves leisurely. Isn’t this the Peach Blossom Spring written by our ancestor Tao Yuanming?

Huayan is a real landscape painting with colorful colors. There are shrubs and weeds growing in the folds of the rock, dotting the entire rock mantle. The mantle is black, white, yellow and green, shining in the dazzling sunlight, and it is so beautiful. . Huayan is a natural screen facing south of Yanmen. The texture of the screen is as clear as brocade. The reputation of "Huayan Brocade" is well-deserved. There is the "Huayan Temple" at the foot of Huayan. The temple door is closed. Judging from the appearance of the building, the main body of the temple is hidden in the cave.

Climbing the ridge, you can see the Tianzhu Rock on the opposite ridge, which is round and tall and stands out. There are many rock peaks standing beside it to set off the Tianzhu Rock, making it look even more majestic. After reaching the top, there was a gentle breeze and I felt refreshed all over. I took the lead and strode forward, while the large troops behind me were taking aerial photos on the top of the rock. They had a great time, but no follow-up was seen. When we arrived at a pond on the top of a mountain, there was a cypress tree beside the pond, which was tall and green. Next to the cypress tree, there was a miscellaneous tree growing up around the straight moso bamboo, representing a love that lasts until death. Wow! The magical nature is full of wonders.

Qizhen Temple, an ancient temple in the Tang Dynasty, is said to be the place where the famous monk Xuan Zhen, the fourth generation of Nanyue, became a monk and ordained. With the changes of time, it experienced several ups and downs. It was rebuilt in the early 1990s. It has two halls, the back hall is the Mahavira Hall, and the front hall is the Heavenly King. The palace was also the birthplace of the Jinyun County Working Committee during the Anti-Japanese War. There is Yinyue Pool in front of the temple. The water is turquoise. There is a thousand-year-old tree beside the pool. It is empty in its belly and looks very old. There is only one branch alive on the top and the leaves are green. Such tenacious vitality is admirable.

Leaving Qizhen Temple, passing the guest pavilion, we arrived at Yanmen Gorge, where we saw the stone gate opened in the middle, the cliffs on both sides rising up and down, resembling two lions guarding the gate, and the Tianzhu Rock on the right side of the mountain, with one pillar holding up the sky, overlooking the heroes. Yanmen Temple is built on a cliff beside the Yajiang River. There are two huge rocks guarding the entrance of the temple, and a small bridge spans the Yajiang River. The scenery here is unique. The benches in Yanmen are already packed with people. The gongs and drums are noisy, the harps are singing, and the traditional local Wu opera is being performed in full swing.

After eating the road meal, we were ready to set off for Tianzhu Rock. Half of the travel friends stayed in Yanmen Gorge to listen to the show and did not want to continue the journey. We walked out of Shimen, turned left across the Yajiang River, and climbed to Tianzhu Rock. Along the way, towering ancient trees blocked the sky. Behind the square rocks at Yanmen, we saw a stack of box rocks. They settled leisurely in the mountain col, but their magical beauty could not be hidden. . We carefully searched every cave and gully along the way to see if there were any immortals living in those caves. We found a rift valley behind Tianzhu Rock, which was a hundred meters high and about one meter wide. The donkey team entered the valley bottom in two ways and tried their best to go Climbing to the top of the rock and climbing between the two rock walls with bare hands reminds me of the scene when I was a child climbing the wall to dig out a bird's nest. It is simply a replica of my childhood. Taking pictures here is thrilling and fun.

On the way back from Tianzhuyan, I met a waterfall as thin as a gossamer. Could this be the waterfall hanging on the Big Dipper mentioned in the poem of Shixian Taibai? The source of the waterfall is unknown, but it is seen gushing down from the rock wall. After descending the mountain and retreating to Yanmen, the lively singing and opera scene at noon in Yanmen disappeared, leaving only an empty gravel field. We finished our stretch here, counted the number of people in the donkey team, and prepared to return home.

"Fu Tiannong", the boss of "Lotus Pond Moonlight Terrace Outdoor", is easy-going and attentive to the traveling companions, especially the beautiful female donkeys. He is a good and trustworthy leader. Thank you, boss, for letting us squeeze onto your "big balcony" to bask in the sun and take a look at the beautiful scenery outdoors.

Xiandu Scenic Area is one of the three palaces of the Yellow Emperor Xuanyuan, so it has rich cultural history and unique natural scenery. The scenery of Yanmen is infinite. The steepness of Shimen, the beauty of Huayan, the majesty of Tianzhu Rock, and the simplicity of Qizhen Temple are all the top recommended scenic spots in Xiandu.
