After leaving Wusut, we originally planned to go directly to Mangya Emerald Lake, but after walking 30 kilometers and passing Xitai Jinair Lake, we found that the water road was so beautiful, so we decided to stay here for a while!
There is a small altar by the lake before getting on the water highway. I don’t know who set it up here~
This is the water highway, you can’t see the edge at a glance!
Xitai Jinair Lake is actually a salt lake with a length of 11km, an area of 82k, a water depth of 0.3~0.4m, and an altitude of 2678m. There are solid salt crystals on the edge of the lake, which is a salt lake in which solid and liquid phases coexist. Liquid brine resources include lake surface brine and intercrystalline brine. The chemical type of water is sulfate magnesium sulfate subtype, which is rich in chemical components such as potassium, boron, and lithium. There are also large-scale salt plants operating day and night around the lake.
The road is still National Highway 315 and there are very few vehicles. We found a relatively wide road to stop and take a rest and enjoy the scenery.
There are many mandarin ducks in the lake, all in pairs. I am really envious that I can have my partner with me under this beautiful scenery~
Xitai Jinair Lake is not a scenic spot, but the scenery is no worse than the scenic spot. Everyone who takes the 315 National Highway into Xinjiang will pass by here. Tangyuan here calls on everyone to take care of the environment when passing here, and at the same time, pick up any garbage that can be picked up, let this place The environment is becoming more and more beautiful, leaving a safe and healthy living environment for water birds!
