Tibetan hotpot
At noon, we contacted a farmer to prepare Tibetan hot pot for us. It uses butter as the base and adds freshly picked vegetables. It is spicy, fragrant and extremely delicious!

Go to Gaoqiaogou
The journey to Gaoqiaogou is relatively difficult, but everyone is very enthusiastic. After all, the most beautiful wonders in the world lie in the dangerous distance.

At night, after a tiring day, we sat in a circle and started a piano listening party, and invited local Tibetan compatriots to join us.
Everyone listened very attentively. While listening to the piano and meditating, they forgot their sorrows. What lingered in their hearts were the mountains in the Mengtun Valley, the water in the Mengtun Valley, and the happy times in the Mengtun Valley...
