Anhui Tour (Part 2)
Among the 40 most beautiful places in China reported by CNN, the Hui-style system accounts for three, namely Huangshan, Hongcun and Wuyuan. This Anhui tour went to four places, namely Huangshan, Hongcun, Qiankou Mingzhai, Tunxi Old Street and Liyang In Lane. The first three places are all 5A-level scenic spots ~ Qiankou Mingzhai is free of charge, and Liyang Old Street It is also a 4A scenic spot.
First impression of Hongcun
After hiking down from Huangshan Mountain, I went to the transfer center to take a bus to Hongcun. I felt that tourism should be developed in this place, but the transportation was really not very convenient. On the one hand, there are no clear instructions for transfers in various places. On the other hand, trains depart at alternate points (every 40-60 minutes), and there is a gap at 12 noon.
We booked an inn with a score of 4.9 online in advance. When we were about to arrive, the boss came to pick us up in an old three-wheeler. The roads in Hongcun were made of stone bricks, so it hurt our buttocks a bit. You can enter and leave Hongcun with your ticket within three days after purchasing it.
When I first arrived at the gate, I felt that it was indeed quite impressive. There were two big old trees at the gate, and the architectural style was very unified - Anhui style white walls and blue tiles.
The Phoenix in Hunan is beautiful, the Huangyao in Guangxi is lazy, the Qianhu Miao Village in Guizhou is majestic, and the Fengjian Water Town in Lingnan is relaxing. But Hongcun gave me a peaceful and human feeling. To rank in my mind, the top three are Hongcun, Qianhu Miao Village, and Fenghuang.
The inn where you stayed
The inn has two floors. Let’s try the boss’s craftsmanship below. To be honest, the dining in the scenic area is not cheap, but the innkeeper’s Huangshan specialties are really delicious. One dish is from Huangshan Mountain and the other is smelly. Mandarin fish.
The smelly mandarin fish is really good, the meat is fresh and tender, and the soup is rich. I still feel like I am swallowing my saliva as I write this.
We stepped on the creaking wooden stairs to the second floor and took a look. Under the setting sun, the inn’s cat lay lazily beside the wooden bench. This reminded me of when I was in elementary school, wearing a big cotton-padded jacket and rolling around on the school playground. On that sunny afternoon, I wondered why time passed so slowly. Now, thinking about going slower has become a luxury.
We then left the inn and looked around the village. The construction of Hongcun was very ingenious. Between the two high walls was a stone road and a small ditch. The source of the ditch should come from Moon Marsh.
Recently, due to construction on the mountain, the water looks a bit muddy, but the innkeeper said that the water is usually relatively clear, and occasionally you can see an old man bending over to wash ingredients with the water.
Anhui style ancient house
The innkeeper said that there are often tour groups here and asked us to follow the tour guide and hear about the past and present lives of these houses.
Chengzhitang was inhabited by wealthy people in the village at that time. After making a lot of money selling salt, they returned home and built this house. It is a brick and wood structure. The west wing houses guests, indicating rare guests, and the east wing houses the host.
The roof of the house is very high, and the Eight Immortals and other patterns are carved on the wood. It is said that these carvings cost thousands, tens of thousands, or hundreds of taels of silver, or hundreds of taels of gold, which is equivalent to tens of millions or hundreds of millions today (I can’t remember exactly). ). After listening to the tour guide introducing the price, I saw a person whose expression could really be described as dumbfounded.

This is the attic where the boudoir girls chose their husbands back then. It has a scientific principle - backlight design. The girls upstairs can see the appearance of the men below, but the men cannot see what the girls look like.
After seeing where the rich live, we went to Shuren Hall, the residence of the powerful. Compared to the places where rich people live, it is a bit shabby. I found that there is a mirror placed behind the seat on the left in the middle of the house, and there are doors on both sides and a space behind it.
The village should attach great importance to education, because the Nanhu Academy in front of the village is really large. Then I heard that many houses here hire teachers and allocate them a separate room.
Hongcun Yuennum
Moon Marsh was built in the Yongle period of the Ming Dynasty. Wang Siqi, the 76th ancestor of the village, discovered a natural spring in the village. After the design of Feng Shui masters and capable people, the descendants gradually improved it and it became the C position.
The moon marsh in the evening is as follows, with a crescent shape, and the calm water reflects the motionless house. From a distance, it seems that the house was born from the water. The countryside in the painting now feels worthy of its reputation.
I have always felt that Huangshan and Hongcun are the best sources for Chinese ink painting. The green, white and black colors are simple but not monotonous, and the light strokes are full of artistic conception.

Hongcun night
We visited around 6pm and it was getting dark. We went around a narrow alley with few pedestrians, and saw a child carrying a stool to do homework in front of the house. The brush took me back to my childhood.
In Hongcun at night, the red lanterns have officially taken effect. The light shines through the lantern cloth, and two parallel worlds appear in the entire moon marsh.
The vicissitudes of the ancient house at night revealed a hint of mystery, and this mystery nourished a bit of spookiness. If you were alone, you would really not dare to wander around here. I remember Uncle Ying's zombie movies having this kind of atmosphere.

Hongcun Snacks
Hairy tofu is a specialty of Anhui, but I think it is really average. Before frying, the whole tofu is covered with white hairs, which is a bit disgusting.

A restaurant that ranks second in Anhui cuisine, I am disappointed, it is not delicious. The pork ribs with bamboo shoots and chicken soup were not good enough, but the side dishes were better. Still a bit expensive.

Early morning in Hongcun
After a night's sleep in Hongcun, I purposely got up early and ran to Leigang Mountain to overlook Hongcun. Unfortunately, there were too many obstructions to take a panoramic shot. If I have a chance to get an aerial camera in the future, I will definitely take pictures of this beautiful scenery.
This beauty is really unsatisfactory.
Qianguchi Mingzhai
After leaving Hongcun at noon, it started to rain. Fortunately, we took a carpool to Qiankou Mingzhai. Otherwise, it would be really troublesome to transfer there.
This place is also a five-A scenic spot in Anhui with no fees. It was first built in the Ming Dynasty.
When there are tour groups here, it really feels crowded. When there are no tour groups, it is really peaceful. The anxiety and desire that are chaotic in the big city are washed away by the rain. The Mingzhai built on the mountain really has the power to pull the soul away from the world, and watch the surroundings seem so pure.

In the evening, we went shopping at Tunxi Old Street and Liyangin Alley. These two places are 4A attractions, but unfortunately they are not very popular.
Then I showed my hiking spirit and walked for 3 hours to the airport. There was heavy fog at the airport. For the first time in my life, my flight was unable to take off and had to be rescheduled to the next day.
Then the airport arranged to stay at a five-star hotel on the mountain, and had a breakfast buffet, which felt good.
