It’s about 50 kilometers from the Dachaidan Administrative Committee to reach Xiaochaidan Lake.
Xiao Qaidan Lake, also called Xiao Qaidam Lake, is located in the Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, with an altitude of 3,216 meters. It is a lake on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. It is located at the intersection of Dexiao Expressway and Liuge Expressway
There is a fork on the Liuge Expressway and you can drive directly to the lake.

Xiaochaidan Lake is currently a free location, and it is not a scenic spot. The situation is the same as when Tangyuan went there in 2015. You can stop by and have a look when traveling in the northwest, leave behind the beautiful scenery and take away the garbage. I hope to visit again in 5 years. It will be more beautiful if you go!
