From May 16th to 19th, I went back to Jieyang, my hometown. Thinking that it was very close to Dongshan Island in Zhangzhou, Fujian, about 180 kilometers away, the two of them drove there after lunch on the 17th.

The weather was nice when I went there, but the temperature was also high. Before getting on the expressway, I used my car wash coupon and went through the automatic car wash to cool down the car.

(I have never seen this kind of automatic car wash before, but I am ignorant)

I have always felt that the sky here in Guangdong is really blue most of the time, and it is beautiful when there are clouds. The clouds are very low, so low that it seems like you can reach out and grab them.
(The viewing effect is better when paired with Qingshan)

We took the Shenhai Expressway. There were not many cars along the way, and the roads were pretty good. During the epidemic, people had to have their temperature taken when entering the service area, and there were no rest seats like before, unless you went to a restaurant to eat, but we In order to save money, we didn’t eat in the service area, we just got off the bus and rested. The weather was still very hot. Entering the section of the Shenhai Expressway on the Fujian side, there are many oleanders planted on both sides of the road. It is the flowering season and it is very beautiful.

I arrived at Dongshan around 4 pm, and the drive was relatively slow.

(Dongshan Expressway Exit, at first glance I thought it was Leshan)

When we arrived in Dongshan, we drove a few kilometers to the hotel we booked on Meituan. We booked an apartment near Jinluan Bay. Several apartments were built at the right moment. In order to catch up with the development of the local tourism industry, we later found out that In fact, you can also book a hotel or B&B near Nanmen Bay. The hotel we booked is called Zhenhai Island Apartment, and the price is really affordable. A king-size bed room with sea view is only 156 RMB in the off-season.

It was almost five o'clock in the afternoon after they settled in, and the two of them immediately went down to the beach for a walk.
The weather is no longer very hot in the afternoon. The sand here in Jinluan Bay is really soft and fine. The man said there is no difference. Personally, I think it is softer than the sand in Xunliao Bay, Huizhou, and the water is not black. On the beach There were not many people, but a lot of parents brought their children to play. There were a lot of fair-looking little kids, and some even had their butts naked, haha. It's a pity that we were treading water here and forgot to take pictures.

After walking on the beach, we immediately went back to drive, preparing to go to Nanmen Bay, which is only 7.5 kilometers away.

Driving there, there is a Nanmen Bay parking lot. Small cars are not timed and it costs 15 yuan to park once.

(Nanmen Bay in the twilight, the residents are all piled up in the distance)

(The futons placed at the entrance of the B&B should be charged)

(Zhenjun Temple)

It was already getting late, so the two of them found a place to eat on Meituan and navigated all the way there, walking through the alleys where residents lived. Overall it's quite expensive, 155RMB for two people. There is a pilgrimage building near that store, but I’m not sure what it does exactly.
(The golden light is shining in the night, very beautiful)

After the meal, I felt that I was still unsatisfied, but I had to go back and rest early so that I would have enough strength for the next day, so the two of them went back home and went back to the hotel balcony to watch "Crazy Racing" on their iPad while eating melon seeds. It was so comfortable, and the sea in the distance could be seen from time to time. There was the sound of the diesel engine of the fishing boat churning.
The weather was cloudy on the morning of the 18th. I set the alarm clock for five o'clock. I woke up and took a look. It was cloudy and I couldn't see the sunrise. You need luck to see the sunrise. Even if you live in a sea view room, you still have to watch it. God will not reward you.
I checked out of the room in the morning and drove directly to Nanmen Bay. However, I didn’t go to the big parking lot this time. I just found a marked area on the roadside and parked. Dongshan itself is a county town. Like in Guangzhou, parking meters are charged everywhere on the roadside.
After walking around for a while, I asked the store next to me about renting an electric car. One store was really bad. Others charged 10 yuan/hour for 80 yuan for 24 hours. She charged 15 yuan/hour. I found a suitable store and rented an electric car. , with a range of 50 kilometers and a deposit of 400. The boss gave me two helmets and told me to wear them. This is the traffic rule there.

(The blue car feels very summery)

Driving a small electric car, I took a detour through the road I had not walked yesterday, and then planned to go to Fengdong Stone Scenic Area.

(The main filming location for the movie "Left Ear" directed by Fifth Brother is Dongshan Island)

(Most of the B&Bs here are small and fresh in style)

Although I have read the guide and said that Fengdongshi Scenic Area is a bit of a trap, there is nothing I can do about it. It’s already here (it’s the evil saying “It’s all here”), so let’s go and take a look.

I went to the wrong door at first. It was said that it was because of the epidemic and I had to go through the Pilgrimage Gate. Who knows where the Pilgrimage Gate is? There are many places in Dongshan County, but they are not available on the Amap Navigation. There is no Wen Gong Temple either. You have to rely on yourself. explore.

Anyway, we found it in the end, not far from the Pilgrimage Building, past McDonald’s, which is the main gate...

(Next to the scenic spot, along the road to the island)

When we arrived, the weather was already bad. I bought a ticket for 45RMB/person. When I entered the scenic spot, it started to rain heavily. What luck.

(It feels like I could shoot Godzilla)
Because of the rain, I didn’t even go to the Internet celebrity plank road. I just looked at Fengdong Stone and sat in a store in the scenic area. The temples in the scenic area were also temporarily closed due to the epidemic.
(Internet celebrity plank road is actually quite long)

(The wind moving stone, my boyfriend said maybe it is man-made...)
Fengdongshi Scenic Area is indeed not cost-effective, but as mentioned above, come here... happiness is the most important thing.
The weather was not kind, and when we left the scenic spot, there was another downpour. The rain finally stopped, and the two of them rushed over to drive the electric car. After all, they had to return it. Just after driving 200 meters away, it started to rain heavily again. The two of them added a small electric car to hold an umbrella. They didn't dare to move in the wind and rain, and they became like drowned chickens.
After driving the electric car back, I only charged 20 yuan for the car rental fee, and then booked an hourly room with the boss. After all, the two of them were soaked to the skin. They had to drive home in the afternoon to take a shower and rest. The boss Bo totally earned it.
I ordered takeout at the hotel, took a shower, ate, and took a nap.
The rain finally stopped for a while in the afternoon, so I went out for a walk again. Because my shoes were soaked, I bought two pairs of Guirenniao sneakers, which made another contribution to the GDP of the small county.
At two or three o'clock in the afternoon, I was ready to return, but I still felt that I didn't have enough fun on this trip, so I decided to go back and take a look at the round-the-island road that everyone was talking about in the guide.
At first I was trying to navigate "Huandao Road", but I couldn't find it at all. I almost gave up. Then I searched online and found out that I was trying to navigate "Su Feng Mountain"! !
I navigated to Su Feng Mountain again, and as expected, I felt like I was inside while driving, hehehe.

(The scenery along the way is very good)

(The famous Internet celebrity bridge)

(P clicked on the sky, it’s really beautiful, but it’s a pity it’s cloudy)

Continue up and along the bridge, and there is a temple.
Going further up, at the intersection near Yanya Village, there were two soldiers guarding the road. They said we could not go forward and asked us to turn around and go back the same way. Due to time constraints and rain, we did not want to go to Yanya Village. , so we embarked on the return journey.
In general, because the last trip to Sufeng Mountain made up for the depressing mood due to the heavy rain before, this trip to Dongshan Island is still very satisfying. If I can live leisurely on the island for a week, it should be very pleasant. Bar.
It's a pity that I have to go to work, so it's nice to be able to go out and have fun after work. Although traveling means going to places where others are tired of living, the world is so big, and it's great to go shopping.

Finally, I attach a map taken during that period.
