Make up for yesterday🏔️
Challenged altitude 4700 successfully!
If you have the chance, you must come to Hoh Xil!
It’s really a different scenery
At first I was worried about altitude sickness, but as the altitude gradually increased, I felt like there was no reaction at all😂
The scenery along the way is so cool, the Gobi and the mountains.
I also heard from the driver that some people who drive from other places feel tired and don’t want to drive back, so they spend money to tow their cars back? !
The trailers here in Hoh Xil are always making money.
Che: I can also fly
On the way, we first went to Kunlun Holy Spring, which is the spring water of Kunlun Mountain. There is always water. Many truck drivers come here to collect water for supplies, for washing vegetables and drinking water.
There is also a volunteer station here at Kunlun Holy Spring. Friends who drive here can participate in their take away a bag of garbage activity if they wish.
Hoh Xil is not full of garbage, but there is a lot of garbage, and it is really difficult to degrade in the frozen soil of the plateau. I really hope that everyone can protect the environment and take care of the small animals on the plateau.
I also came across a project that I participated in during my internship!
It’s also the first time I’ve seen a project I’ve worked on come to fruition (even though I’m just an intern doing odd jobs, it still feels amazing, and it’s still in Hoh Xil)
I also met a man riding a bicycle on the road. I really respected him as a man.
This is such a good physical condition. High altitude sickness is torture enough, plus strenuous exercise is also added.
I also met a travel companion with a dog, which was also very cool.
Passing by Kunlun Mountain Mineral Water Factory
It's a pity that I didn't go in to collect it.
There are many troops stationed here. It’s really hard work on the plateau at an altitude of three to four thousand meters. I pay tribute to the People’s Liberation Army (I took a photo but I won’t post it).
Because it rained the day before, it was a bit cloudy when we walked in the morning. As we walked, the sky gradually cleared up and the blue sky came out, making the snow-capped mountains 🏔️ even more beautiful.
After more than 3 hours, we arrived at Kunlun Pass, about 4750 meters above sea level.
It’s really super cold at Kunlun Pass and the wind is super strong
It’s so cold that I’ve forgotten my high reflexes, my head no longer hurts, my ears don’t feel uncomfortable, and I don’t feel sleepy anymore🤣It’s just cold
I still don’t have enough clothes. If you want to come here, you’d better bring long johns and a thin down jacket.
In the photos, I look weak, pitiful and helpless
Because of the air pressure, when I came to Qinghai, my cosmetics sprayed out when I opened them 😅
All kinds of food packaging are about to burst.
This is the snack I bought in Xining, what it looks like in Hoh Xil
I originally planned to go to Suonandajie Conservation Station and Tibetan Antelope Observation Platform, but because the Chaerhan Salt Lake was closed the day before, I didn’t go to these two places and returned at Kunlun Pass.
On the way back, we met a wild donkey. It clicked very happily and gave us a false shot.
Seeing that we were about to rush onto the road, we all braked, but he twisted his butt and ran away again.
~~~~~~~~~
Arrive at Chaerhan Salt Lake at 4pm
The weather is super nice! It's completely sunny!
It can't be described in words, it's just beautiful.
The lake water here is basically green
Emerald Lake also has blue water (went there today)
Take the bus to the scenic spot (you must take it, it is too far, it takes more than 20 minutes to get to the scenic spot)
Enter through the factory gate (this was originally an industrial salt factory and was developed by tourists. It just became a scenic spot this year. There is no entrance fee, but the bus fee is 100 yuan)
When we arrived at the scenic spot, there were two drones filming. There were two families, and they followed each other to take pictures, but there was usually no one around (they just went to follow and take pictures).
The other one is shooting on a transparent boat. Go directly to the transparent boat. There are staff there. It takes 30 minutes to get on the boat and 100 minutes to shoot with a drone. There are videos and photos.
The drones and boats here are half cheaper than those at Daqaidan Emerald Lake. If you want to save money but also want to experience it, you can come here
Some people also brought Erha to play, and Erha also had his own water bottle, hahaha, it’s so cute
There is only one road in the entire scenic spot, called Wan Zhang Salt Bridge, and the road is made of salt.
My waist is too thin, showing off
You can keep walking along the road, about 2km. If you don’t want to walk, you can also take a tour bus, which costs 10 yuan per trip.
Sit inside and then walk back, there are several man-made photo spots, pianos, swings, dead trees, etc., all very photogenic.
It’s quite sunny, so be sure to use sunscreen (but not as much as in the Nanbaxian Devil City, Yang Ge got sunburned within a few minutes in the Nanbaxian)
Finally, there is the dog food that is secretly poked.
My schedule has been a bit full lately, and it’s past 9 o’clock after dinner every day
Today’s itinerary will probably require me to make up for my homework tomorrow.
2021.07.27 is Dachaidan Emerald Lake and South Eight Immortals Devil City
The Southern Eight Immortals Devil City is my favorite during this trip!
It’s impossible to take a picture of it, it’s so shocking!
Nature is indeed a miraculous craftsmanship
Picture first
Checking in at the filming location of Yi Yang Qianxi's "Send You a Little Red Flower" at Emerald Lake
Devil City is an uninhabited land with no signal and dozens of kilometers covered with Yadan landforms.
