In fact, I don’t travel very much, most of them are just to meet friends. I went to Mohe alone three years ago for less than a week, and even though I talked about it several times, I still haven’t finished it.

I don’t know why I like to run around, maybe I just want to see what people in this world are doing.

After getting off the Mohe station, I met a very bad taxi driver who didn't even ask me what I did for a living. Of course, I didn't ask him what he did for a living and got in the taxi. Only when I got on the bus did I realize that I had been pulled into a travel line for no reason. By this time, I had been taken to a place far, far away from where I would take the bus, and there was nothing I could do.

Fortunately, he is not a trafficker.

What's worse is that I'm really tired. I've been sick and sat on the train all night. I really want to rest when I get to the station.

This line starts from getting on the bus. Sitting in the passenger seat, drowsy. Behind them is a family of three. The mother and child rarely talk. The father is a typical northeastern man in both body shape and personality. He drags the driver to chat about this and that. Then, I was pulled off for a walk all the way to the end. The first day of the line was a bit lackluster and I didn’t have much fun. Later, I simply didn’t bother to get off the car.

The driver saw that I was lack of energy and thought I was angry because I was pulled into the car without clear understanding between the two parties. He told me to calm down a little bit and take it easy when I come out to play! Please~ I really like accidents, but this time, I’m really tired.

We were in the car all the way and didn't seem to have lunch.

I went to the Fire Memorial Hall and learned about something I didn’t know about that happened at an unknown time and place.

When I went to the North Star Square in Mohe County, it was said that I could see the whole of Mohe - the houses in Mohe were very small, a bit like dwarfs' wooden houses, and the entire county was not big, and you could really see it all at a glance. The aunt who was traveling with me also took a photo for me. It was probably the only souvenir photo I took in Mohe, but unfortunately it was lost.

Because the driver will say at every stop that it is worth going here. It would be a pity to miss it if you come so far. I had to automatically ignore it and rely on my own judgment. I didn't get off the bus to rest for about a stop, but I didn't feel regretful. On the contrary, I felt much better afterwards.

Next is the elk base. The driver said that there are no such small animals in the south, so you can come down and have a look. I quite like small animals. The driver got off the car and ate skewers next to it. I wanted to eat it too. My throat has always been uncomfortable since I came to the north and I couldn't tolerate dry and spicy food, so I had to take a look. Elk love to poop everywhere. It seems that they are not fenced in and can have close contact. Elk also like to be in contact with humans. What do they eat after that? Maybe it's grass. Although the little animals can't talk, I still like them very much. I stay with them and look at them for a long time. They are so leisurely and comfortable, knowing nothing but eating. They are so cute!

I am in good spirits and in a good mood. Then, look at the sky. The clouds in the north are so big and huge. They look very comfortable. They are not as small as marshmallows in the south. Maybe it's because it's close to the border, but it's a bit off. But along the way, the greenery is great and the scenery is amazing - blue sky, white clouds, green trees and Heilongjiang (it seems that I shouldn't say this, people are natural, not greened) of). Of course most places have these, but here, these are the only ones ~ I really like them.

I started to feel in the mood to chat, and asked the driver if there were any aurora here? The driver said he had not seen it in decades, but some tourists said they had seen it. Well, I wasn't very disappointed when I heard that. He must not like to look at the sky.

The only information I checked before coming here was that it was around the summer solstice, the time of year when the aurora was most likely to appear, so I bought the ticket without hesitation. After coming here, whether I can see the aurora or not is not that important. I came here regardless of everything, and that is enough.

At noon, stop on the bridge to rest and eat coconut porridge. It's so great here that I feel a bit reluctant to leave. The water is so clear and the blue sky and white clouds are clearly reflected on the bottom of the water. There is nothing but trees along the road and along the coast. The water just flows, trickling. I took off my shoes, stepped on the cobblestones with some children, looked for stones, and showed them to the driver. The driver said, take me to a place where there are more beautiful stones than these. Of course, I didn’t go later.

By the time we arrived at the birch forest, my energy had basically recovered and I could jump around again. I'm silent, but I quite like being with lively people. The family of three didn't talk much. Later we met a tour group, so I followed them. Unexpectedly, more people from the Northeast come to the north.

When I met the father and son, the child was watching a spider, and the father was very patient and watched along and gave some explanations. I felt that it would be an interesting father and son. I followed him all the way for a long time. The little boy is about five or six years old? He must have been before elementary school. My father was tall and thin, and he looked like an intellectual from the Cultural Revolution period.

The father asked the little boy: "Do you see what you found in this birch forest?"

I followed the little boy to observe the birch forest.

The little boy looked at it for a long time and said: "Why are there so many holes in the tree?" (I thought in my heart: Hmm~ It looks like there have been many cuts)

The father explained to the little boy: "Do you think these openings look like human eyes? They are wider in the middle and narrower on both sides. It seems like there are many eyes looking at it, so many couples like to come here to witness their love."

Suddenly, there seemed to be many more eyes in the birch forest, looking at me. This forest began to look different. Only then did I realize, oh~ it turns out that it is a tree that bears witness to love, not just a white tree.

Going inside the birch forest is a plank road with nine twists and turns. There is a viewing platform not far away from the plank road, and behind it is the winding Emur River. Beautiful and spectacular, like most mountains and rivers in the world, each has its own uniqueness, but the feeling of being among them is the same. Man is inseparable from nature. Nature is the most primitive homeland of mankind.

On the YHA website, there are two youth hostels in the Mohe area, 53 Degrees and a Half and Travel Friends Home, both in Arctic Village. But in the afternoon, the driver told me that the end point of today’s trip was Beihong Village. I booked a travel friend's home on XX.com, and the confirmation information was sent to me. The driver called me to ask, but he said the room was fully booked, and there was no record of my booking, oh~

Then there are a bunch of balabala. In short, I have to stay here at night. The standard room I stayed in alone had an empty bed. After dinner, the driver took a family of three to see the stone called "China's Northernmost Point". I didn't go and stayed in the village to wander around.

The small villages in the northernmost part of China have not had time to be completely invaded by modern civilization. They are renovating houses and building B&Bs everywhere. Every summer and winter, a large number of tourists flock in. Most of the year's income comes from these two seasons. Traveling and renting replaced farming and became a new way of survival.

The canteen in the village is also primitive, a bit like an old supply and marketing cooperative. The old wooden shelves covered with dust behind the counter display dim products randomly placed, like a ghost store that has not been visited for hundreds of years.

Fit for a hermit.

Later I found out that Chi Zijian was from Mohe and had walked on the same land before, which made him feel more friendly.

In the evening, Fa Xiao called. It just so happened that she worked as a volunteer at a youth hostel here one winter and was quite familiar with it. I have basically been to all the places worth visiting during the day. Then, I contacted Brother He from the ALICE Home and squeezed out a room.

Confused people often have better luck.

After nothing else, I took a shower and relaxed, leaning on the bed by the window, watching the sunset shine on the roof, then move down a little bit and disappear. Night falls slowly, and the air becomes colder along with it. Even in the hottest summer, it is necessary to cover yourself with a quilt at night in Mohe.

The next day, I had a bit of amnesia.

I went to a park with go-kart racing and checked the information. The safety factor was not very high. I was alone in a different place and did not dare to play. The park is very ordinary, with a strong artificial atmosphere and an ordinary green and healthy passage. The distinctive ones are: constellation stools, and Chinese boundary monuments (I heard that the real boundary monument is under the center of the river, and the one on the bank is a special monument for check-in), and there seems to be a sundial on the Mohe District route, but I am not sure.

Brother He said when he first met me, you and Xiaotong are completely different. One is like summer and the other is like autumn. I don’t know how it came together. Yes, three years ago, I was so shy, introverted and reserved~

Children are my oldest friends in this world. I’ve known each other since I couldn’t speak. When I was a child, I would choose the little princess when playing house, but as a child, she would always choose the general. In the classmate directory, everyone’s dreams were either ordinary or unrealistic. I deeply remember what Xiaotong wrote: to be a strong woman.

We have the same zodiac sign, only eight days apart, one has a personality like a flying monkey, and the other has a personality like a wild rabbit, it's incredible.

After lunch, when I was about to go out to the street, I saw a little squirrel standing in the middle of the road. I stopped there to avoid disturbing it, but it sensed my presence and jumped away and disappeared.

Living here is pretty good.

Here, not far from the (Heilongjiang) river, across the river is Russia. You can only see the rolling mountains, but not the other side of the mountains.

Arctic Village is not very big. When I came, the home of Travel Friends was still being renovated. There were many unfamiliar flowers on the roadside. In the north, even the flowers were rough and oversized. A non-traveler will quickly become familiar with the route of the entire village including the location of each store. I'm not too crazy about wandering, but the houses here all look the same, and I still get lost as soon as I go out.

Xiaotong gave me directions remotely and found a few specialty stores that sold Russian candies. I bought a big bag. This store was also responsible for online business and shipped nationwide. Later, I quit sugar and deleted them.

Both villages are very small, and we can only visit them for two or three days. Because of illness, we didn’t stay long. When I was leaving, there was an incident. I ran away without paying for the accommodation. The landlady called the driver, but luckily I was still on the way.

On the "highway" (high road), the driver stopped the car and said he would take us to pick blueberries. We got out of the car, climbed over the railing, and slid down. There was a thorny bush underneath, which looked the same. Only when we turned our heads and looked up could we see many small blue pearls hidden under each leaf. This is the first time I have seen blueberries that are not on the shelves.

Before leaving, we went shopping in Mohe County. The driver followed us all the way for the past few days. At night, we slept in bunk beds enclosed by two aisles. I suddenly felt that everyone's life has a difficult side.

I read a sentence: Everyone you meet is struggling with difficulties you don't know, so be as kind as possible.

Finally, I had a bowl of noodles and bought a lot of "little mushroom girls". I didn't buy a ticket, so I took a spliced sleeper all the way, and fell asleep for several days when I got home.

over

All the memories about Mohe are here.

Missing Mohe!

Think of the birch forest in summer!
