Liaoning University was founded in 1948. It is the only comprehensive university in Liaoning Province and one of the key institutions under the national “211 Project”. Its predecessor was the business school established by the former Northeast People's Government in Shenyang, and was formed by the merger of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, Shenyang Normal University and Shenyang Russian College.Location:
