Xi'an Botanical Garden is one of the eight major botanical gardens built in my country after liberation. It is also the first botanical garden built by the Chinese Academy of Sciences in northwest my country. The botanical garden collects and preserves more than 3,400 species of plants, including more than 70 species of rare and endangered plants under national key protection. It is currently the botanical garden with the largest number of introduced and preserved plant species in the northwest region. Whenever spring comes, flowers bloom and colorful butterflies fly in the garden, forming a moving picture of spring, attracting citizens and tourists from all over the world to come to enjoy flowers, take photos and feel the revival of all things.

The Botanical Garden is located at No. 17 Cuihua South Road, close to Xi'an's iconic landscape Big Wild Goose Pagoda, covering an area of ​​20 hectares. There are several special exhibition areas in the park: Baihua Garden, Materia Medica Garden, Magnolia Garden, Cuihua Garden, Tulip Garden, Aquatic Plant Area, Bioenergy and Oils Area and Tropical and Subtropical Plant Greenhouse. Annual exhibitions are held from the end of March to the beginning of May every year. The Tulip Flower Festival launches a series of garden activities.
