Introduction to Cloche Fountain: According to the original plan, four fountains were to be built around the Thrifty Fountain according to Aesop's fables, but it was later changed to build four Triton Fountains, and later a Triton fountain was added above the head. A copper plate and a copper bell were made. The sound of the bells produced by the water hitting the copper plate made these fountains also called "Cloche" fountains. "Cloche" means "bell" in French.
