Introduction to Mirabell Palace: Mirabell Palace (German: Schloss Mirabell) is a Baroque style palace that imitates Italian and French palaces. It was first built by Archbishop Wolf Dietrich of Salzburg. It was built by his lover in 1606 and was originally named "Altenau Palace". His successor Marcus Sidikus renamed it "Mirabell Palace" in order to erase this disgraceful story.
The current Mirabell Palace was renovated and built after a fire in 1818: the spiral staircase in the palace was designed and manufactured by Georg Raphael Donner, and the handrails of the staircase There are 22 naked little angels sliding up and down happily; a marble room in the building is richly decorated and is a popular wedding venue; the palace garden (1687) was designed by the famous Baroque architect John Fisher Designed by von Erbach, in the geometrically symmetrical garden, there are four groups of sculptures with mythological themes: Aeneas, Hercules, Paris and Pluton, which are the works of Italian sculptor Ottavio Mosto.
