Introduction to the Opera and Ballet Theater: The Opera and Ballet Theater (Teart Wielki Operi I Baletu) is located south of the old city and north of the Saski Park. From 1825 to 1833, the theater was designed and built by the architect Kratse. During World War II Except for the front outer wall, all other parts were burned. The current Grand Theater was restored in 1965 after the remaining parts were restored. Except for the peak tourist season from July to August, regular performances of the National Ballet and the National Opera are held here.
