Introduction to Government Avenue: Government Avenue is densely lined with trees and runs through the entire street garden of the Dutch East India Company. The oak trees planted in the garden were originally materials imported by European immigrants from their hometown to make oak barrels. Who knew this place was there? The abundant sunshine and abundant rain made the oak trees grow unexpectedly fast, so that the tissue was too loose to make good wine barrels. Therefore, these oak trees were densely packed into forests, which turned into another beautiful scenery.
