Introduction to the City Hall: Bonn's Old City Hall is a Baroque-style building located on the triangular market square in the old city. The entire building is pink with silver and gold decorations. De Gaulle, Kennedy, Annan, Queen Elizabeth, etc. all left their signatures in the gilded celebrity book and waved to the crowd on the double-sided staircase.
