Introduction to Guanlan Pavilion: It is located at the southern end of the east verandah of Luzu Hall. It was called "Haiwang Pavilion" in the old records. You can lean on the railing and watch the sea as far as the eye can see, so it is named "Guanlan Pavilion". From here you can have a panoramic view of the water city and the seaside scenery. On a crisp autumn night, you can see the "late tide and new moon" scene here.
