Introduction to the Penguin Pavilion: It is located in the south of the zoo, south of the Cat Restaurant, west of the Amphibian and Reptile Pavilion, and adjacent to the Sea Otter Pavilion. It covers an area of about 200 square meters. Its full name is the Beijing Zoo Bat Penguin Pavilion.
The penguin pavilion on the first floor displays 6 Hong's ring penguins, native to Peru and an endangered species. In order to make these "little guests" from the ice and snow live comfortably, the penguin pavilion is equipped with four air conditioners and room temperature Control it at around 20℃, and the pool temperature should not exceed 18℃.
The basement below the Penguin Museum is an underground bat museum with more than 60 bats on display. It is the first bat museum in Beijing.
