Introduction to the White Pagoda: The White Pagoda in Yangzhou is 27.5 meters high. Below it is the Xumi Pagoda base with eight sides and four corners, and three niches on each side. The niches are carved with portraits of twelve lives. Different from the heavy and steady Beihai White Pagoda, the Yangzhou White Pagoda is well-proportioned and erect. It forms an interesting contrast with the Wuting Bridge next to it.
