Reluctant to go to Guanyin Temple Introduction: is located in Zizhulin, which is the place where Guanyin practices Buddhism. According to records, in 916 AD, the Japanese monk Hui E returned home from Mount Wutai enshrining the statue of Guanyin Bodhisattva. When his boat passed Mount Putuo and was blocked by the ocean, he thought he was the Bodhisattva. Reluctant to go east, he left the Buddha statue on the shore and was worshiped by the residents named Zhang. This was called "Reluctant to Go to Guanyin Yuan".
