Introduction to Fuyuan: Fuyuan was the garden of the Governor-General of Liangjiang during the Qing Dynasty. During the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom, the East Garden was built here. At that time, there were stone boats, lakes, rockeries, pavilions and other buildings. It was destroyed when the Qing army captured Tianjing in 1864. During the Nationalist Government, as part of the Executive Yuan, this place served as the offices of the Executive Yuan of the Nationalist Government, the Ministry of Railways and the Ministry of Transportation of the puppet Nationalist Government, and the Ministry of Social Affairs and Land Affairs of the Nationalist Government. In 2002, a part of the original East Garden was rebuilt based on historical data. There are many scenic spots in the park such as the Executive Yuan Office Building, Taolin Ergong Temple, Fuyuan Garden, and the "Xun Gaozhu Stone" monument.
