Introduction to the display of cultural relics and historical materials of the Five Academies of the National Government: In April 1927, the Nanjing National Government was formally established and moved to the Nanjing Presidential Palace in September of that year. In October 1928, the National Government implemented the "five-camera system" and established five major national institutions: the Executive Yuan, the Legislative Yuan, the Judicial Yuan, the Supervisory Yuan, and the Examination Yuan. Among them, the Executive Yuan's office is located in the East Garden (East Garden) of the National Palace Museum today. The West Courtyard (West Garden) is the National Government Staff Headquarters and the Chief Planning Office.
