Introduction to Badagong Mountain: Badagong Mountain is located in Sangzhi County, adjacent to Xuanen and Hefeng counties in western Hubei to the north, and more than 80 kilometers away from Sangzhi County. It was designated as a national nature reserve in 1998. Badagong Mountain is surrounded by vast forests and majestic mountains, and its territory is short in summer and autumn and long in winter and spring. The unique environment has enabled Badagong Mountain to breed and preserve the most complete and large-area native evergreen broad-leaved forest in the subtropics. It is known as a "green treasure house", a "natural museum" and a "gene bank of rare species in the world".
