Introduction to Xitan Ancient Village: Xitan Ancient Village is adjacent to Shanghai Huangshan Tea Forest Farm. It has the typical Huizhou residential characteristics of "eight mountains, half water, half fields, and one half roads and manors."
The ancient village was built at the southern foot of Fenghuang Mountain based on the mountain's characteristics of "different heights and different directions and different shades of cloud and sunshine". In front of the village there is a meandering Mengjia River, and the Huiqing Ancient Road passes through the village. There are many ancient Hui-style houses and temple pavilions in the village. Among them, the Red Temple, the Wang Family Ancestral Hall (Wang Gong Temple), and the Wang Family Small Ancestral Hall are all of great tourist value.
