Introduction to the site of the China-U.S. Cooperation Institute: The full name of the China-U.S. Cooperation Institute is the "China-U.S. Special Technical Cooperation Institute". It was jointly established in 1942 by the Statistics Bureau of the Kuomintang Military Commission (Military Statistics Bureau) and the U.S. Naval Staff Intelligence Agency for training purposes. A place for agents, the Xiongcun Sino-US Cooperation Center is the earliest cooperation center in China.
