Introduction to Buddha statues: The craftsmen who carved Mani stones and Buddha statues made the eternal stones scattered on the mountain a pious annotation for their faith. Through their hands and years of hard work, they conveyed the tenacity inside the rocks to every pilgrim. Most of the stone carving craftsmen in Yaowang Mountain make a living from this. Some of them come here with their families, and some start their families here. They start their day's work by stepping on the dew in the early morning. This has happened over and over again throughout the ages. In their eyes, carving stones at Yaowang Mountain is also a process of accumulating merit. Thinking about it in this way, those tinkling sounds actually bring out some pleasant Sanskrit sounds, which makes it not so boring.
