Introduction to Chengdu Road: Chengdu Road, formerly known as London Road, belongs to the British Concession in Tianjin and was built in 1929. This area was originally a swamp. In conjunction with the dredging project of the Haihe River, the British Concession Industry Bureau reclaimed it into a land suitable for urban construction in the 1920s.
