Introduction to Santai Guarantee: Santai Guarantee is located behind the Fuxing Tower. It was erected in the 10th year of Wanli Period in the Ming Dynasty (1582) when Cheng Yuquan, Zheng Qianshan and Yao Long, who participated in the military expedition, gathered at the foot of Xuanwu Mountain to discuss the anti-Japanese war. The original inscription was engraved Obsolete. The current inscription shows that it was restored in 1981.
