Introduction to Mount Putuo: Mount Putuo is located in the center of Qixing Park and consists of four peaks: Tianshu, Tianxuan, Tianji and Tianquan. Because there is a cave on the mountain dedicated to Guanyin Bodhisattva, it is called Putuo Mountain according to Buddhist custom.
Go north along the sweet-scented osmanthus boulevard to Putuo Gate, go up the mountain from Putuo Gate, enter the "Chaochen Jingjing" on the left, pass the Yongcui Pavilion and the small Penglai Corridor, and then you will reach Putuo Stone Forest; there is Putuo Tower next to the mountain, you can climb it Looking at the scenery of Guilin from a distance, there is Guanyin Cave behind the building, which is a place dedicated to Guanyin Bodhisattva; next to Putuo Tower is Putuo Rock, pass through Putuo Rock, and climb to the Xuanwu Pavilion. There is a "turtle and snake united" between the cliffs outside the left window of the pavilion. There is a star-picking pavilion on Tianji Peak. When you climb the pavilion and look around, you can see the magnificent scenery of "thousands of peaks standing in the wild, and one river embracing the city."
