Introduction to the well: There is a well on the back eaves of the pavilion. The water in the well is crystal clear, and the stone well railings have deep marks worn by ropes. When Zhou Enlai was a child, he followed his wet nurse, Mama Jiang, to fetch water, grow melons and grow vegetables from this well, and he was deeply impressed by this well. When he met with the responsible comrades of the Huai'an County Party Committee in 1958, he also said: "Is the well in my house still there? The groundwater level in Huai'an is very high. You only need to tie a foot-long rope to the bucket to bring the water up."
