Introduction to Yilan Pavilion: The center of the water garden is the two-story Yilan Pavilion on the top of the mountain with two openings. It is the tallest building in Zhanyuan. The pavilion plaque was written by Zhang Aiping, facing south. There is a beam platform on the north side of the upstairs, opposite to Yiran Pavilion, and a floor-to-ceiling long partition fan on the south side of the downstairs. When you climb up, you can see far and near, and have a panoramic view of the whole garden.
