Introduction to the first garden in Jinling: Zhanyuan was built in the early Ming Dynasty and has a history of more than 600 years. It was originally the palace given to the first hero of the founding of the country by Zhu Yuanzhang, the emperor of the Ming Dynasty, after he became emperor. The Humble Administrator's Garden and the Liuyuan Garden in Suzhou are collectively known as the "Four Famous Gardens in the South of the Yangtze River". A large plaque hanging on the south gate reads "The First Garden of Jinling", which was inscribed by Zhao Puchu.
