Introduction to Song Cao Memorial Hall: Song Cao, whose courtesy name was Binchen and whose name was Sheling, was a great calligrapher in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties. He was good at calligraphy and poetry, and his works such as "Zhen Cursive Stone Carvings" and "Hui Qiutang Poems" have been handed down to the world. The original stele of his outstanding work "The Thousand Character Classic" has been smuggled to Japan by the Japanese invaders and is now in existence in the Song Dynasty. The stone carvings of Cao's former residence were re-engraved based on rubbings of the original stele.
