Introduction to the mountain gate on the top of the mountain: The mountain gate on the top of the mountain was built by monk Yuan Kai in the 15th year of Jiajing in the Ming Dynasty (1536 AD). It was later moved to the current site by Shu Ying in the 18th year of Jiajing in the Ming Dynasty. The stone pillars outside the mountain gate are engraved with Daoguang of the Qing Dynasty. A famous couplet written by Pinghan, the magistrate of Tongzhou during the reign of Emperor Xuanzong, reads: The mountains roar and the valley responds; raise your head and look around at the vast sea and sky. There is also a couplet on both sides of the mountain gate: "The tide is flat on both sides and the banks are wide, and the river is round on all sides." A large plaque "No. 1 Mountain" written by Mi Fu hangs above the mountain gate.
